It already felt excessive when it was $1, but this increase is unreasonable for a single sheet of paper. It honestly feels like a rip-off. Unfortunately, this pricing change has lost me as a customer. There are other UPS locations nearby that don't charge nearly as much for the same service, and I'll be taking my business there moving forward.

The one employee working was friendly and quick to assist me with my return. Shortly after I left, I got a notification that it was accepted by Amazon. I called this location directly ahead of time to verify that they do let people ship hold for pick up they said yes and said there was no fee as long as it was picked up on the same day as delivery The package was delivered today at 12:15 PM and it was picked up less than an hour after it was delivered to the store. I received a voicemail from the Store stating that there was going to be an eight dollar fee associated with picking up the package. They held my package hostage and gave me the option to have it returned or pay the eight dollars so I paid a fee to get my package. I called several other UPS stores in immediate area and none of them charge a fee as long as it is picked up on the same day. I even called the UPS customer service and they stated that there was no such policy for same-day pick up. The register receipt was run up as miscellaneous non-taxable item for eight dollars.

When customers entrust them to mail an item of importance, this is the worse outcome for anyone to experience. NO REFUND OR APOLOGY can compensate for the sentimental value these gifts held NEVER AGAIN. Use an original UPS location. Not an "authorized " seller post office location. Not worth the trouble.
