Even though we had some issues on our end with moving some equipment, Eagle express came through with flying colors and did a great job.

NO STARS! Be warned. Kristie, who I mainly dealt with at Eagle Express Couriers, embodied the worst nightmare a customer could dream! She answers the phone, 'uh-huh' and remarks passively aggressively to normal instructions. I was appalled to find out that a package had been delivered that was time sensitive hadn't been opened until it was too late to make it to it's destination. Concise instructions were included in the package but nonetheless needed to be spelled out over the phone numerous times. The first courier didn't bother to call and tell me that the package couldn't be accepted by the Authority (Dallas City Hall) due to errors on a form. My instructions were to specifically call me if there were any issues--BEFORE leaving the Authority. Instead the courier returned the paperwork back to the Eagle Express offices and I received an email that the package was delivered when it indeed had not been delivered. I passed on the wrong information to my superiors, i.e. that the package was delivered and only found out from Kristie that it was not delivered and we would be charged another fee to have the courier return to the Authority. I called her to settle up with the fees and see if the proper documents were received, i.e. receipt for the payment of the Certificate of Occupancy Application we were making to the City of Dallas. This courier service not only had me in between a rock and a hard place from the first day but when the application was taken back to the Authority and the Certificate issued, they ignored the instructions and mailed the certificate to the wrong address. This store will now open a day late if we are lucky. I will never use this service again and I WARN anyone using this service thereafter to think a second time about using someone slightly more expensive because in this case we got what we paid for: the cheapest courier service but the cheapest service to boot. read more

This is the 2nd time I've dealt with this company. I cannot get a receipt. I can't believe all employees do not have access to provide a customer with information as important as the fee/receipt. If the person you dealt with has left for the day, no one can help you. And when you ask to speak with a manager, none are around or so I am told. It's frustrating and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Get with the program Eagle Express and move into the current century with your program AND EMPLOYEES!!!! read more
