I came in a couple weeks ago to send a package back that I didn't order. I walked in and didn't recognize the two ladies working the counter. I told them I needed to send this package with a tracking number. The one lady helped the other lady ring me up and then told me it would be 2.80. I handed her my debit card. She looked horrified and told me they couldn't take my card. I was stunned into silence. I asked what are you talking about, I come in here all the time.? They said there was a minimum charge for using debit and I couldn't use it for this transaction. I said, well I need to send this and I come in here all the time, I've never had a problem before. The one lady looked to the other did an eye roll right in front of me and said. Go ahead a do it this time and if they say anything tell them she said she comes in here all the time. At this point I'm pissed. I said oh my god what is your minimum charge? She said 4.00. I said than charge me 4.00. I can't believe you guys are treating me like this! I walked out and I will never walk back in.... So unprofessional and I can't even believe I was treated like that. I refer everyone to them..... Never again. Beware of who you hire. read more

We were just about to give up our search for the place in all the roadworks. Finally we spotted the place on an opposite corner. So glad we did. The quote we were given was roughly half that of FEDEX. The service was excellent. We hadn't been prepared to leave our rug there and hadn't rolled it properly. Staci said that was their job and I relinquished it to her care. We were not due back in the UK until a week later and Staci assured us she could hold off until we were ready. I prefer to use small independent places whenever I can but I had a hard time finding a pack and ship store that wasn't a franchise. I had found a different place but the went out of business in a few short months. Then a friend recommended Sending TLC and I am grateful. The ship by multiple companies which gives you options and they have dry ice. All of the ladies at the store were friendly and helpful, they even combined my boxes and saved me money from shipping the items in multiple boxes. I just recently sold my home in St. Petersburg, Fl and needed a place to package and ship my china, 60 inch television, vacuum and wall hanging to Canada and a friend suggested I try Sending TLC. They were able to pack almost 70 pounds of china along with my other items and have it delivered in Canada in 2 days! I found this store today after searching for somewhere I could print documents, get them notarized and sent out all at 1 location. My bank recommended Sending TLC and I had a great experience. They were able to do everything I needed and very quickly. I found out that they rent private mailboxes and I going back this week to rent one. read more

We recently went to Fedex to ship food to family out of state. Fedex did not have any supplies for shipping food and they sent us to Ship Sending TLC. They were able to store my food for the weekend in the freezer and then on Monday they packed it in a cooler with dry ice and sent it out. My family received everything and we will be shipping more from this location. read more
