The manager, Lauren, and the maintenance guy, Troy are both wonderful and quick to help with any problem. Of course you should know what you're getting into though! There's quite a bit of noise at night from the live music at City Tavern on my end of the building, though it probably isn't as bad further from the bar, and the studio apartments are quite small, but it's all part of the experience!

This experience started from day one when we walked through the door of the leasing department. Both leasing consultants greeted us friendly and genuine and made sure they were their top priority when looking for places in Fort Myers. After that initial consultation, my brother Orville and I decided to go on a guided tour to see the property. Once we completed the tour, we asked the leasing consultant when we had the opportunity to move in. The leasing consultants told us that we had the opportunity to move in that day or later that week. My brother Orville decided that we would move in later in the week. Moving here and staying here was one of the best decisions that both of us made. We both liked that this place had a saltwater pool and an excellent fitness facility. The most significant draw factor for Orville and me moving in was the amenities and the close to the highway, bars, restaurants, and schools to Oasis at Cypress woods. If Orville and I didn't have to leave because of job situations, we would love to both call home for the rest of our lives. This place was an incredible place to live. Orville still thinks this place is unmatched by any other apartment complex in the United States. If you are in Fort Myers would recommend that you would stop by and ask for a guided tour from the leasing consultants.

Always paid rent on time! During my tenancy, I experienced ongoing cockroach issues that appeared to come from a neighboring unit. Despite repeated extermination efforts, the problem was never fully resolved. Due to a work transfer out of state, I had to terminate my lease four months early. I was charged $4,109 (two months' rent), even though the unit was re-rented within two weeks. Because I signed an early termination agreement, management declined to negotiate the charges or consider the unresolved pest issues. They also would not offer a payment plan and indicated the balance could be sent to collections. Prospective renters should carefully review lease terms and understand policies regarding early termination and maintenance issues before signing. They will also tow cars without a prior notification even though you are REQUIRED to have sticker issued by them. RENTER BEWARE!!!!! Read all reviews thoroughly before signing!

The flawless layout was perfect for our 8-month-old baby to crawl around and explore safely. The bathrooms were large, functional, and truly luxurious. The kitchen was a chef's dream, with plenty of counter and cabinet space.  Now let's talk about the best part: the pool area! I am a nursing mother with an infant. It was so nice to be able to go into one of the private tents and relax with my snacks and lay down with my baby while she nursed in total privacy! We spent every day just lounging by the pool in our little tent. This was something that I had never seen before in any other community, and it was quite revolutionary, proving Novo's commitment to creating a family-friendly atmosphere. It was heaven. The pool was amazing, too! It was super clean, large, and perfect for days of family fun!  I can't stress enough how amazing staying at Novo was. The management act like you owe THEM something just for asking for basic stuff that you literally pay rent for?? Last time I checked we are the tenants. We pay. They work for US. Not the other way around. Anytime you ask for maintenance or anything simple they act annoyed like youre bothering them. Sorry for expecting the apartment I PAY for to actually function. Wild concept I guess. Communication is terrible, attitudes are worse. They talk down to you like youre asking for a favor instead of basic responsibilities.
