I dealt with John and Sal. John for Sales and Sal was my Concealed Carry course instructor. First off, John prioritizes "coming in person" over electronics- IT'S WORTH IT. John is remarkably endearing, knowledgeable, and I got a sense that he wants everyone that comes in through his doors to succeed. In person, he can give you the best prices, talk you through situations that you think might hinder your chances for a license, and he offers opportunities to expand your license and skillset. I'm confident that I will do my future endeavors in his establishment. Sal, the instructor, is a stand-up man. I couldn't imagine a better person to teach the class. He goes at a leveled pace, checks-in to make sure everyone is caught up, and class participation is mandatory with Sal making the environment more engaging and wanting to come back. YOU WILL GET MORE out of the class if you stick with your saved consecutive dates. He will teach you how to handle your weapon and the laws. However, Sal will also teach about needing a strong moral compass, patience, and a clear mind when carrying. In conclusion, Sal is impeccably thorough and you will learn a lot more than the average class which will only have you more comfortable using or not using your weapon. read more

Company-sponsored shooting range firearm instructors are on site as you're qualifying. Police for the Department of Homeland Security are also in attendance while you're qualifying to ensure your scores are up to government and company standards. Qualifications are every six months to maintain your arm guard status. Safety is the top priority and job one. read more

Just had my NYS Concealed carry firearms safety training handgun course done. i took a class for a CCL and it was extremely informative. the class was interactive and fun. Will Lugo was very knowledgeable and made the class fun. in addition I have never seen a better shot then Lugo! hit the bullseye with every shot. the class also includes 6 months of range access. we also had an attorney come in and explain all of the rules and regulations so we don't find ourselves in a situation we don't want to be in. highly recommend ! read more

John has been extremely helpful. Since NY has been forced to recognize 2nd ammendment rights and allow concealed carry, a 16 hour class is required. John's range offers many class options for premise, concealed carry, security guards etc. and is willing to answer any questions about the process. I was actually recommended to john from a good friend and i must say that the servic was amazing. First thing I was ask. was some information on my history. I was then given a list of documents that was needed to proceed with my application. when I returned with all my documents I then gave them in to Vicky and she then explain step by step what was going to happen next . I was put in for the next step witch was the 16hr course with William Lugo. i must say that for a 16hr class course William covered so much and did a great job with explaining all detail. He planed out the class perfectly in my opinion. BTW I feel like their fee are not bad. Such a great sporting rang , they can help you with all your need, They have a range and also sale firearms. Went there to get my gun license because I was recommended this place by a good friend of mine. John is a really nice guy, but hes old school. He expects you to sit and listen. This is a good thing especially for someone like me who hasn't shot in a few years and wants to understand how the paperwork is being filed and what all the rules and regulations are in NYC. He is an expert and has been in the business for a long time. The range looks nice, I was there on a day when they were hosting some sort of training and it seemed pretty nice. AWFUL! Thieves! This place Robbed me out of over $1,000, after paying for a arms certificate course, the 42 hour one (in cash). I was waiting for the state to approve my application and once cancelled they said they couldn't return the money but once I got approval from the state then I could come back and shoot with them. I received no contract or formal receipt ...just a business card. Then when I returned to ask my money back they said that they won't do it, so I basically just gave them $1,000 and no course time. read more

The range is great for what it is intended for. Came for a tour a few months back to decide if it was a good fit for me going forward when I get my premise license. Since it's so close to my house I figured why not check it out. The owner John is very nice and insightful. The ballistic rubber down range and awesome ventilation throughout the building is also a nice touch. John let me know he would be renovating in order to make it more cozy for his members. John is friendly and a straight shooter. The range is serviceable however the operation hours simply does not fit my schedule as it operates between 3pm-7pm Mon-Thurs, 9am to 3 PM on Sat. And closes on Friday and Sunday. The annual range fee is 300. John let me shoot in the range and also gave me targets to shoot. After I decided not the join and ask what do I own him he said not thing since o brought my Ammo to shoot. I really wish hours were longer to justify the price. read more

Found Seneca to be very helpful in offering advice to people seeking a gun license (in New York's ridiculous labyrinth of gun laws). They offer a great range of services, including armed guard training school, and a range for members to shoot. I had a lot of fun shooting a .22 pistol and my only disappointment was that there was no zombie target ;) Perhaps next time. The owner was extremely nice unfortunately the range was outdated and dangerous. I was hit with a ricochet from my 45acp. At no point should any round come back. I'm just happy I was able to walk out. I should've know since there was not one person shooting. I didn't listen to the rumors about it. I just wanted to try it myself I say no way is that possible plus John was so nice errrrr I was wrong. John nice range bad. I ordered a shotgun from Grabagun l.com and had it delivered to this location. A week later I went to pick it up, the place was closed until 3pm. Called the number on the website to inquire about the shotgun and spoke to I'm assuming the owner. He tells me he shipped the gun back because it's illegal in NY. I stated I was a federal officer and that he should've called me before returning it.. last time I ever do business with this sorry excuse for a business.. so now I have to pay 15% restocking fee and shipping with no gun.. horrible service and waste of time and money. read more

Horrible gun range. Came here to get my armed security license a couple of years back. Its like an antique shop inside, so you think you are walking into a furniture store at first glance. The machinery is broken usually so your target is always falling, and some of the tracks dont even operate. Make a trip tp Nassau if you want to shoot. read more
