It took over a month for the paramed to actually contact us, (by this time we already had our 60 day offer from the other company). Not only did the agents' wife forge my signature on a pre-authorized checking agreement, she also then conveniently "lost it" once money started coming out of our account. My husband called to clear it up, and the agents wife cited multiple calls, emails, and dates on which these things were agreed upon. I pulled our phone and email records, and forwarded all to the Dept. of insurance. The agents wife then told her husband, the agent, Douglas Milner that my husband had called her names. The agent then physically threatened my husband and called him every name in the book. Im gonna give a negative 5 stars to this horrible and dishonest businessman. Shameful.

We're moving away from Farmers.
