Lack of clarity, lack of follow up and I had to consistently chase them down to ascertain information. Two notable exceptions: 1) The Director- Stacey- was very helpful to me on my mom's discharge. 2) The head of patient recreation-Amy. She was incredible with my mom and frequently tried to help me with getting information and updates- as due to COVID-19, I was unable to visit in person.

He asked to be released and mom asked for him to be released and arranged for nursing care and PT at home, but they're refusing to do so for 3 more days, citing "paperwork" that needs to be done. Utter nonsense- they're just trying to max out the 6 days that Medicare payments allow, while holding dad against his and mom's will.
