I wasn't sure if they would actually be able to do what I needed done, but they were willing to try and I was appreciative for that. After contacting Mr Garcia, it seems to be a good situation as he picks up the phone and is very…read morefriendly and he wants to come over to give a price on the yard right away!! He gives a quote for the grass and it is reasonable. This is during the end summer so he cuts the grass and trims a 4 times and he is eager to get work. This changes in September when he says he is going to come and we text and call. After a few weeks he texts that he got into an accident in Middletown Atlanta. He says he needs to get the truck fixed but he will get to us as soon as he can. He uses a big box truck to carry equipment and was not the truck in the picture so let Mr. Garcia know that if he needed money that we have work to help get his truck fixed. "Yes no problem I will get to you" is his answer. Two weeks later I call and text and finally he comes and cuts the grass and blows the leaves because now it's late November and all the leaves are down and I am asking to get this done and to quote us a price to get the whole yard done. His communication goes from excellent to very subpar! The holiday season comes and goes and I try to do the yard work but I'm super busy and my yard still look like dog poop! My wife has better luck with this guy so she texts and calls. It's like we give him all the benefit of doubt because of his sad poor me stories. And we are decent people and will go the distance for anyone. We finally get a hold of him and again his story is he is having truck problems but he will come on a Friday. Friday comes and goes and we call and text. Today is two weeks later and I'm looking for another lawn care provider and I see his name of landscaping company. I see he has great reviews and seems amazing!! I call him and text him telling him that his business is not good when you can not commit to a service that is provided especially when the communication is horrible and when you make promises that you can not keep. I am sorry your truck keeps breaking down or you have other issues but at the end of the day I am a paying customer trying to pay you to provide a service!! I let him know I'm posting this review so he is not blindsided. So ya this guy is garbage and his company is garbage so just because the reviews look good, the company is still garbage and do yourself a favor and read these negative reviews to get a better picture. This is a very honest review and I even gave the guy multiple chances and I wish him the best in life but he should not have a business because he is a horrible business person!! Nuff said!!
