The sales representative took us through their program, tested the clients gait and balance, and brought out samples to try. Unfortunately, my relative's shoes didn't fit properly with their inserts. They're a bit too wide for her, and it was noticeable with their insert. The representative wouldn't go any further. He asked us to come back when she has properly fitting shoes. We really appreciated his honesty and care.

I trusted them. As the years passed by, I had a prosthetic that needed repair a few times. Falk and I both knew what the problem was but they always made me wait for Mr Price to drop off the prosthetic. I could never just run in and drop it off. Towards the end I started feeling like I was not a valued customer because my prosthetic would sit there for sometimes a week and I would have to call there and ask what was going on with it. In a day or two after the call, my prosthetic would be ready. On a few occasions there was no copay at the office for labor (which should have been on warranty) and I would get a bill in the mail 3 months later. At one point, because I didn't pay the last bill, a lady named Sandy made a sarcastic phone call to my emergency contact requesting payment. This was the last straw. The emergency contact should only be used for medical emergencies and not bill collection. Falk really showed me how unprofessional they were when they stooped to those tactics. My new prosthetic place has offered me some new, advanced prosthetic products that are easier on my leg. I'm no longer stuck in the same constricting prosthetic that Falk had me in for 7 years.
