My last appointment, I was in and out in ten minutes - TEN MINUTES PEOPLE! Plus, when I elect to undergo services of a more embarrassing nature, I generally don't feel embarrassed at King's. It's a very pleasant place to walk in to with an array of magazines typical to a beauty place. Even when I've had to cancel and reschedule, the girls at King's have been very helpful and always managed to work something out. I had a serious skin reaction after the laser treatment, which could have led to permanent scarring. The staff refused to refund the remaining sessions, and even tried to guilt-trip me saying I did not use correctly their OPTIONAL $50 after care treatment. The 'post laser gel' is just a solution of menthol and Aloe vera btw, you can get the same at Chemist Warehouse for $4. So that's $714 down the drain for me and a trip to the GP. Yet another greedy company that will write anything they can in their ToC so you never see your money again.

My first visit was for a eyebrow wax which was great and only $12. Compared to other of the expensive eyebrow wax places in paddington this was just as good. My manicure pedicure was also great but would have liked a longer foot massage. My nail technician took what looked like painstaking detail to ensure the polish was just right, rounding the nail bed with a small paint brush to ensure none of the colour went "outside the lines".
