When I called to complain, the sales person said it was our fault for not checking! He was very rude and he basically hung up on us. The worse customer service EVER!!! We paid for a stove that needed to be ordered. We paid in full…read morein advance for the stove. Called to check on the order. Was told the stove we ordered (and paid for in full) had been SOLD, and we would have to pay an additional $200 to order an additional stove. This was ONLY the beginning of a terrible experience. The oven door shattered after only 6 months and had to be replaced. Then, a few weeks later, a terrible clanking sound and a burning smell would start when the oven was turned on. It was LOUD! We called Blueridge and they told us we would have to contact the manufacturer. They didn't offer to have someone come and look at the stove, nor did they offer ANY advice. We finally found Appliance Grandmasters, who came out and fixed the stove. Turns out, the problem was that the fan had been damaged during transit! The repairman was able to fix it in 15 minutes! Hats off to Appliance Grandmasters. HIGHLY recommend them! As for Blueridge, absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! And, our salesperson, Lewis, is absolutely worthless.
