I was looking for a new scent - just for fun. The gentleman who was helping me was super nice, not pushy and spent time directing me to those which might suit my tastes. I found a lovely lilac scent - which reminded me of the lilac bush we had in our front yard when I was kid. Such a find - and I was introduced to a new brand. Note: This is not an inexpensive store by any means but sometimes it's nice to splurge on yourself, right? They were getting ready to close but he spent extra time to even help me with the form so that I could submit the form to get the tax back at the airport. Amazing products, but it's not very spacious and some of the workers are a little bit arrogant/pushy. I would highly suggest to look at their products on their website prior so you have a good idea of what you want to try out/purchase/price range, also, to avoid influence from the people working there. In 2009, they knowingly sold me a defective bottle and refused to rectify the situation when I complained. I was asked to return the bottle back to them, for inspection, but they never got back to me (the boxes for this brand are never sealed). I had to end up chasing them to conclude the situation. I was constantly being fobbed off by the staff members, especially when I tried calling a couple of times. I ended up finally being contacted by the owner's daughter, who flat-out refused to do anything about it, said the bottle would be returned to me, made racist remarks because I couldn't speak French (her English was perfect but she obviously didn't want to discuss the matter any further) and then hung up on me (even though I was in no way abusive towards her - just asking her questions about the defective bottle that she wasn't prepared to answer). The defective bottle arrived the next day, even though it should've taken close to a week to get to me via foreign post. Yes, they had already posted it back to me during the time they were fobbing me off! Completely dishonest, unprofessional and racist. AVOID!!! read more

Love the ambience and their collecton of products is very good, perhaps the only place in Brussels where one can buy Tom Ford makeup, and other good quality brands like Dermalogica.
