We were to reconvene in court at 2:30 PM for her to return my keys. I asked Isaac to send someone to the site at 2:45 PM so I could have the locks changed immediately. I texted Isaac, who immediately responded and connected me with an available technician. The tenant did not move out by agreed upon time, but Oscar was punctual. I was sitting in court, stressed to the maximum because I absolutely wanted the locks changed, but this horrid individual's movers did not finish moving for another 1.5 hours past the agreed upon time. Oscar is an absolute ANGEL. I can't believe he stayed on site and waited for an hour for the judge to make the official court order for the locks to be changed. I was about to have a conniption because I was afraid he would leave and I would not be able to get the locks changed. Oscar was a godsend and as soon as he received word that the court order was official, he started the process. By the time I arrived on site almost 20 minutes later, he was cleaning up and it was as simple as him handing the keys over to me. Oscar showed so much grace, even though the situation forced him to wait an extra hour. As someone who HATES waiting, I can only imagine how irritated Oscar had every right to be. Instead, he greeted me with a huge smile and assured me everything was fine. THANK YOU, ISAAC AND OSCAR! Because of you, I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in two months last night.

I spoke to Corey and received a wealth of information. Clearly he is incredibly passionate about locks and knows this business inside and out. He made sure I understood all my options and patiently answered all my questions. Really above and beyond. Clearly the key to doing good business in this field is an encyclopedic knowledge of various locks, their advantages and disadvantages and the foibles that may come with and solution. And of course, an ability to give fantastic service at the drop of a hat. When you need a lock, you need it now. Where can I start, I didn't get the gentleman's name there. I needed a new key fob (mine was broke)…read moreand was locked out of my car. I called this place to see if he could send someone to unlock my vehicle for me, gave me a price, ETA for driver to arrive. Everything was perfect today. Driver Arrived at the time that was promised.
