A quaint dining room. Great food and service.

The flavor combo together is unreal. This dish sings! Whenever we're in Zaragoza we make sure to come to this restaurant and I must order this dish. I wouldn't be lying if I told you we purposely stopped in Zaragoza on a road trip just for this dish! On a one night start t we actually came for dinner and again for lunch before we had to go. But the ambiance and decor are all so lovely. This last time what the first time I visited as a parent with kids and the staff were so kind and accommodating, especially when my baby girl was crying. The small plates here are so inventive. This is a perfect date night restaurant, friend hang and even a family meal out! Try all the dishes! You'll love it.

My husband had an egg and jamon dish. He liked it. We finished with a piece of cheesecake. More dense than we get in the US, and really good. Nice wine list and a full bar is available. If you don't speak any Spanish have Google translate ready. Not a lot of English spoken, but enough. You can always communicate to some degree. It's got an antigue hodge podge theming. Cute.

The tomato dishes were outstanding as was the Spanish jamon. The wait staff were engaged and fun to order from even with our rudimentary spanish. We had 2 sets of six tapas on our last visit, and I liked some more than others but fun to experiment with. There is a QR code to see an English menu but its largely in Spanish to be ready to use Translate or go with the flow and enjoy the stuff you like most and the ambience.
Love the over the top decor.

This is one of the best tapas restaurants in Zaragoza. We came here with my husband's coworkers who…read moreare locals, as its one of their favorite places. I've been twice which was great because it allowed me try more of the menu. The food is inventive and creative! These are modern tapas. It gets pretty crowded downstairs, but if you head upstairs there's more seating. We were lucky and easily found seating upstairs both times even with a group. It has a fun vibe upstairs. It's very hip with cool decor and lots of plants. I absolutely loved the mi-cuit with watermelon ice cream. It's like a foie topped with watermelon sorbet. It sounds strange, but wow! It's unbelievable. Their "a la greisca" potatoes were delicious! I didn't want to share. I should preface that a lot of these tapas are single-serving and you can't quite share with a group. We were in a group, so my husband shared up my order of potatoes with everyone, which I was disappointed about since they were so good! All of the other dishes we have ordered have been good. My husband and I always share our food with each other so despite the small single-sized portions, we still managed to taste each others' picks, so I feel with two visits that I've tried a good portion of the menu. Prices are higher than other tapas spots in Zaragoza, but I think it's justified for the fun and modern tapas. We're back in Zaragoza for a month now, and I will definitely be returning to order the dish with the watermelon ice cream again! I think I'll try the sushi ice cream dessert too this time. TIP: They have an English menu; just ask for it. Also, the staff I have encountered so far have all spoken some English.

A truly traditional place in the city. Family-run and the owners could not be friendlier or more…read moreaccommodating. They took time to explain dishes which we were not familiar with like Migas. It is bread crumbs cooked in lamb fat as a base for grapes and chunks of ham, all topped with a fried egg. It is a meal which was eaten by workers who performed hard labor and had very little money to spend on food. The dish is large and can be shared. The flavors burst with every bite. It was addictive. The longaniza and chorizo are beyond words to describe their flavor intensity. Two specialties need to be highlighted. The ternasco asado (braised lamb shoulder) and borrajas con almedas (a green vegetable grown only in this region cooked with clams)..I have eaten lamb in hundreds of restaurants and nothing can compare with the tenderness and intense flavors of this dish. If you visit Zaragoza and miss this restaurant, you will have missed one of the great food experiences of your life. Two people can eat for about $25 pp and have an exquisite culinary experience.

Castellano / English…read more Llevé a mi familia a comer a La Prensa y nos encantó. --- I took my family for lunch here and we loved it. We ordered the tasting menu. Food was great, we enjoyed the wine recommendations, and we had a lot of fun tasting all their creative dishes. Owner and sommelier David Pérez was really friendly and very helpful translating everything for my American boyfriend. I personally liked it way more than Lillas Pastia, the only other Michelin-rated Aragonese restaurant I've visited. We got the reservation with only a couple of days notice, but it was for lunch on a weekday. I strongly recommend coming here if you're visiting the city.
