Scheduling the pack and move was not difficult at all. Each time I called or they called me, I was helped to the highest degree. On moving day, they packed and loaded up our things in a caring and timely manner. They were even able to disassemble, load, unload, and reassemble my baby grand piano (other movers contract this out). I was highly impressed with their courtesy and efficiency. We were very pleased with All My Sons and would recommend them to anyone.

The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration. I would give 0 stars if it were possible!

Which we were not told when we went into the office to get the unit. So we go cancel the unit and get a 5x10 for just me and they says it's $84 flat not promotion on this one because I didn't want the same thing to happen to me. Well guess what I got an email today saying my rate is going up to $115. This place is a scam. We went and talked to the office for this exact reason and they promised us the rate would not increase but maybe a few dollars over the years. Also when you look on their website the unit I am renting says it's $44. They are lying scammers. Don't use them!

I had unit 6012 @ $252/month! Sometime after my last visit in 2024 and before 02/25/2025 when I…read moremoved my REMAINING belongings out I was robbed. They NEVER answer the phone at the location, it always rolls over to the main CS. Someone broke into my unit without removing their cheap lock. I wanted to use my own lock, but they said I was required to buy theirs... a cheap barrel lock with very little to secure the latch. Now they tell me I'm out of luck because I have moved my belongings out already. I moved the day before my next $252 charge was going to hit. They stole EVERYTHING of ANY value and basically left my clothes and some dishes. TV, PC, stereo, surround sound system, laptop, $350 window AC, $500 mountain bike, $1000 in high quality cookware, not to mention all of my personal paperwork including my medical records... ALL gone! Worst storage on earth! Don't rent here if you want to keep your stuff!

Public Storage 'says' that Strong Point didn't leave our contracts with them so they are claiming they can't or won't honor them. I don't have that kind of money. I left an extreme home situation and had no choice but to put my life into a storage. I hate they did that to me and the other renters. I also hate that they did that to the staff. Such a shame.
