The units are well maintained and I do appreciate the cleanliness and care of the grounds. But I have discovered that the owners of the storage unit are responsible for yearly price increases on their customers and these employees do not have control of this. Unfortunately, the owners seem out of touch with the customers who do have problems with annual increases.

We filed the claim with the owner six weeks later and it was denied because we provided the payment. Wouldn't trust this owner.
