Our contact on this project has been one of the principles named Chris Bender and he has been amazing to work with! Actually- his customer service has been phenomenal. Quick responses to any questions, willing to brainstorm and give excellent ideas on directions with the site, and very capable in understanding and implementing our vision of what the site should do. Additionally, I have appreciated Chris and the team not short changing us on the depth of the feature set we need in this site. They have never cut corners or tried to persuade us to go a certain direction because it would save them effort. The reason they didn't get 5 stars is the project has taken longer than they originally quoted and that has held up our launch. Taking all things into consideration, however, I still would have gone with them and can confidently refer them to anyone looking for a talented and honest web design company.

They emailed saying they would get with finance to get it taken care of, and then never responded to repeated follow up emails. Here's the last email I got from Kolby... "I was overly booked the last couple of days. I will forward this to the person who is in charge of payments/finance. Thanks for filling me in here". I sent four follow up emails to Kolby - silence. When I escalated to Luke, he emailed once, then nothing after I followed up with him, either. Just utter silence. Very disappointed with their performance and their integrity.

Sent them an email and asked if we're still having the meeting, they told me that zoom isn't work for them so they just sent me a Google Meets link instead. I hop on the Google Meets link, wait there for 15 more minutes and nobody showed up to that either. Basically wasted 30 minutes of my time and I'm extremely busy as a business owner. If you can't do something as basic as showing up to meetings on time how am I supposed to trust you with 5-6 figures in monthly ad spend?
