I had another company out (who I won't mention) to give me an estimate and they pulled up in a beat up old pick up truck that had paint cans in the back for some reason. Not a good look. On a previous visit, he didn't believe I was bringing in a different tire for warranty service and only admitted I was right after having someone dig the old tire out of the trash to verify the serial number. Now I'm being told I should have had the "common sense" to rotate my tires, even though no one at the shop ever told me that was required or recommended the service during multiple visits.
