I emailed to the consumer service manager and they couldnt do anything about it and their respond is 3 days after I emailed it to them. Now I only do the tasting on site without any survey to be completed at home or take home survey which need many days to complete.

He showed me how to optimize my site. You can also have SalesX do it for you (which is probably better). I feel empowered. Finally in control of my own website and I can make changes when I want to instead of worrying how much it's going to cost me and how long it's going to take (secretly praying I don't mess it up, but just in case Joe has it backed up).
