Thats happened to me that I went to do the tasting and it required a survey to complete in 4 hours and 24 hours after the tasting, I did the 4 hours one late for 10 hours and I couldnt complete the 24 hours since it closed when the waiting time is completed. I emailed to the consumer service manager and they couldnt do anything about it and their respond is 3 days after I emailed it to them. Now I only do the tasting on site without any survey to be completed at home or take home survey which need many days to complete.

He told me that he would be taking my money if he kept doing changes here and there and it would be more cost effective to change the platform of my website from a HTML site to a word press site so I could edit it. I opted for the option to transfer my HTML site to a word press site with social media integration, blog integration and live twitter feed. He also gave me a video and tutorial on how to do edits. He showed me how to optimize my site. You can also have SalesX do it for you (which is probably better). I feel empowered. Finally in control of my own website and I can make changes when I want to instead of worrying how much it's going to cost me and how long it's going to take (secretly praying I don't mess it up, but just in case Joe has it backed up). Anytime, I'm stuck of have an issue Jake and Joe have been extremely responsive. There are so many bad SEO companies!!! I really lucked out with Joe and his team at SalesX. I would highly recommend the word press platform. I plan on opening a new venture in the next few years and I will have SalesX do my new site.
