I own a boutique personal training studio...I put in the hours at the studio to make it aesthetically pleasing to the eye. For those of you scheduling last minute photoshoots with Aerial Canvas, please be wary of their internal reservation confirmation process. I got a few solicitation calls from Austin so when my usual photographer wasn't available, I decided to give them a try. I scheduled a Saturday shoot on that Wednesday (3 days before) and got a confirmation email right away. On Friday (the day before the shoot) I get a call from Melody that they were not able to book any photographers so they would have to cancel the appointment. This is a multi-unit property that I had to schedule for tenants to leave to be able to shoot, and now I'm about to inconvenience the tenants and Seller one more time before we even go live on the market. I was so mad!! I wish they could have told me immediately that no photographers were available so I don't have to scramble to find one the day before the scheduled shoot. I understand a growing company trying to expand into new markets will have some growing pains, but this experience was just too unprofessional. The vendors I use affect the experience my clients have and I just can't have this happen again. Thankfully, another company was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule + 1 star for Melody trying to make it work and eventually finding a photographer that can make the schedule.
