I went with my two kids into this store when my 2 year old started to throw a tantrum. Which is normal being the fact she is 2 YEARS OLD. Davonte was checking out the things I was wanting to purchase at the register and could not hide his facial expressions. He was incredibly unprofessional and scowled and started heavy breathing as if my children and I were an inconvenience. Wish I did not buy the things I did because I was sooo upset by the time I left, but got it anyways because it was stuff my eldest daughter wanted. I will NEVER come back. When I think of this location, I automatically get Katy Perry's Hot N Cold in my head (and now it will be in your head, huzzah!) It's wildly inconsistent, sometimes theres employees a plenty, other times it is hard to find one. Sometimes there is stuff in stock, other times they're all out. It's alright if you want to test stuff or know what you're looking for but if you're looking for a location with knowledgeable employees, go here at your own risk. read more

Sephora is taking a big step to opening a location on the mall. It's also quite the step up from their competitor, Ulta. I was impressed with how clean and well laid out the store was. Much of the same beauty products are available here (names such as Benefit, Urban Decay, Too Faced) but many that cannot be found elsewhere (Isle of Paradise, Tatcha, grandeLASH). Sephora revamped their rewards program where you can now use money off your purchase. Join and get treated to a freebie birthday gift. Even though mine had passed, the sales clerk still offered it up, which was greatly appreciated. Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the store. Sampling is not available due to Covid, so just know before you go. The staff is very helpful with recs however. The red dot labor day sale was going on but much of the products were not available. A joke when you walk in no one to help! when you ask for help your transferred to others!

This store focuses on people that come in with gucci purses, if you're not carrying one and you left the btw at home they will all completely ignore you!! I just walked in there today and every single employee ignored me. The one that did "not help" was because I had to interrupt her from playing on her phone to ask her a question. When I asked her for clarification she acted like I was inconveniencing her. also maybe I was also not the right skin tone! They seemed to be helping others including a man. will never shop another Sephora, save your gas and time and go to AMAZON! read more

Gorgeous store and incredibly sweet staff. I can't remember the name of the man who greeted me but he was welcoming and gentle considering I was like a deer in headlights as I haven't worn makeup in years. He directed me to Lynzee (spelling?) who helped me find exactly what I needed and was not pushy at all. She helped me color match foundation, find some lovely lipstick and match some brow gel. She had great recommendations and was patient but very efficient. She knows her stuff and after seeing how amazing I looked with all of her recommendations I'm tempted to go back to get more! For now I'm super happy to have a basic set of makeup that I can rely on. The staff here are amazing- don't hesitate to come in and get their guidance! read more

I will not be coming back to this location ever again. My mom and I walked in the store and were not greeted by staff. One worker was on her phone, the other was doing her makeup, and the last two were goofing around. 30 minutes passed by and we were still not approached however as soon as another woman walked in who was dressed "nicer," she was greeted and was helped. 40 minutes pass by and as my mom and I are about to leave, the manager asks us if we need help. We proceed to tell her that we have been ignored and not helped for 40 minutes and she proceeds to tell us "oh next time just walk up to them." Mind you, even the manager walked past us and ignored us too as well. As an individual who used to work in customer service, myself and other staff would always greet customers and ask them if they needed help no matter how they looked. Went in there to get my makeup done on my Wedding day, asking that I may get a biological female to do my makeup for religious purposes 2 days before hand, I was told this would be no problem. Went it for my appointment and did not get a biological female, I politely asked if a biological female could do my make up for religious purposes. The artist took this took the extreme offense and told me to get the fuck out causing a scene and that they would cancel my appointment even though I asked before making my appointment for this request. I spoke to the manager about getting someone else to do it for me (there was 4 other biological woman working at the time) she said that no one else that could do my make up and to try calling another Sephora that does "walk-ins" saying she would cancel my appointment. After walking about and calling other Sephoras, none of them took walk-ins. This was the most unprofessional way of handling this situation, I was treated very unfairly and they were very inconsiderate of the fact that I was not trying to offended anyone but it was very Islamaphobic and I am so disappointed of how this was turned out being that it was the morning of my wedding. read more
