The last few visits have been extremely frustrating with checking out. There is only ever 1 person behind the counter and I know its their job to be kind and friendly, but when personal conversations are being had and there is a line up of 10 ppl maybe have some urgency to ring some customers through faster or call for help. The representatives on the floor are fine, no issues there but the speed of checking out needs to improve. I came here to collect my birthday gift! The store was really busy on a Saturday afternoon. It's pretty cramped in there so there was some strategic weaving needed to get to the line. On my way there I did notice that there were a lot of staff on hand so if you need recommendations, it seems like they're well staffed and equipped to answer your questions. I was trying really hard not to spend any more money here but alas, all the cute and tiny samplers in the checkout line wore me down. I wound up picking up a set of press on nails from Glamnetic. I have tried the stick on ones that you can file away to fit your nail shape but these ones are kind of like acrylic ones that hold shape. The box says it comes with 30 nails so fingers crossed, I'll be able to find ones that fit me. Excited to try these out! They had a few birthday gift choices that were displayed in a case at checkout. The cashier let me know they were out of stock of one of them. There was a perfume set, a hair set from Ouai, and a skin care set from Glow Recipe. I chose the latter which came with a pore toner and what I think is a serum - I can't really tell lol. They were also out of small bags that day so I had to carry out my purchase but I did have my receipt emailed to me so no biggie. read more

Average sized Sephora store. Staff can be unhelpful sometimes but has most things - I usually just order online now with my free shopping and using ebates for rebates but overall good store to pick up items needed ASAP. read more

I am beyond happy with the service I receive here. I think it's awesome that your loyalty card tracks purchases, I had purchased a palette for my daughter over a year ago and I put it away in my super secret hiding spot, needless to say I forgot where that space was and did not find it till the other day!! Still in the Sephora bag with tissue I had long ago gotten rid of the receipt when I brought it in yesterday I knew that I had gotten points for it, I was slightly panicked, the young lady brought me to the counter and was able to find my purchase online and gave me a credit note (I actually just exchanged for something my daughter wanted) I was so happy not only for her assistance but for the fact that I made the purchase over a year ago and they still helped me!! I love this store! They have a wide range of brands, everything from hair care to nails, skincare, makeup, fragrance, tools, accessories. even if you just go there to browse, you will end up finding something you're interested in. I only wish they would carry more brands, and not get rid of some of their other brands. They used to have Illamasqua and recently got rid of it..also heard the same with Lorac..they're getting rid of some really good brands..which sucks. Another thing I don't like is the smell...when you enter the store, there are some very heavy smells, of perfumes, which one time they didn't disinfect and I literally got a migraine and had to leave the store not even kidding. Recommended by the store staff, I bought a bottle of oil restorative treatment from this store. After using for a few days, it started developing acne and redness on my face so I decided to return it. As I was explaining to the staff that I think this product is not good for my skin and that I would like to return it, the lady rolled her eyes and demonstrated her lack of patience. Then she raised her voice (there are other customers at the line up) saying "acne don't develop right away but few weeks after using the wrong product, but I can still take your return" as if I was lying to her or trying to take advantage. I am not a dermatologist but I can definitely tell discomfort on my face after using this product. This lady trying to outsmart and being rude makes me feel disrespected. I will never go back to this store! p.s. I returned the product with receipt and within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. I don't wear makeup, but Sephora sells the perfume I like to wear. I like that I can go in the store, spray the testers and line them up so I can decide which one I want. Yes, the smell of the store sometimes gets a little overpowering, but I try to go when it's not going to be too busy. The last time I bought my perfume there, there was a very long line up, but there was also a Sephora staff member that was offering to pay via a portable credit card reader - BONUS!!! The roller ball on the perfume bottle ended up being defective. It had probably been a month since I bought it and I had thrown out the receipt, but I thought "what the heck, there's no harm in trying to exchange it". The Sephora staff member that assisted me was eager to help, friendly and apologetic. I was able to exchange it with another one with no problem. I find that it's usually the staff that you deal with as opposed to the store policies that can make or break the experience. read more

I have been to this Sephora I could count on two handfuls and everytime EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been in there I'm not greeted but rather harassed throughout my entire visit. It's like they make you feel like you are going to steal every single one of their products and leave them with not a single product. And there's 2 women that are absolutely stalkers while in the store they are ALWAYS staring at you making it uncomfortable to try on anything at all. I believe the one small lady who does it to me every single time I've been there I've even asked for her name and it's carol and another taller older women who have literally made me so uncomfortable that I just leave. I'm not going to give my business to a place where I'm being made to feel like a nuesance rather than a customer. It's a terrible shopping experience and haven't been back to this Sephora for months now because of these people I shop at lime ridge where people are helpful and friendly.
