Seen on more than one occasion looking for products. Not once was there a greeting or an offer for assistance. As soon as someone else (non-black) entered the door acknowledgment was given. This is the sad reality of my experience here. I walked out empty-handed. They're both thorough, kind, and happy to answer all my questions. Suzanne has performed many biopsies on me; she's always gentle and checks in with me as she works. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. There's always calm, zen music playing that's so relaxing I've almost fallen asleep in the waiting room. I recently had my first microneedling session, which went great. The MA was super sweet and listened to the areas I wanted to focus on. She gave me detailed instructions on aftercare and addressed my concerns. I really can't ask for a better dermatological practice and I'm so glad I found them!
