This is always a great Sephora to visit. It's located in a shopping center with plenty of other stores (Lush, lululemon, etc). There is always plenty of parking. The employees here are always so welcoming. Last night I probably had at least 4 ask if I needed help during my 20 min visit. I even had my 1st in-store return and the process was so smooth. This location has an amazing selection as well where typically I'm used to my favorite products being out of stock. If you're needing great brands and amazing customer service, I'd highly recommend stopping by this Sephora. read more

I love going to Sephora more than ordering online even though you have better options online. The employees are always very helpful and pleasant. I wish that this location was bigger with more products. The layout is a typical Sephora but a lot smaller. They do have some fragrances for men and women and of course makeup and a few hair and skin products available. read more

Lawd! Another obsession unlocked! I went in to try the Kay Ali brand that is exclusively sold at Sephora. However, I heard that this location has more options to choose from as far as fragrance. Right now I'm building my collection and I'm glad I stopped in. I smelled so many fragrances and the sales associates were all super pleasant in helping me decide on what to buy. The store is neat, clean, and well organized. The shopping process is super smooth. I look forward to going back. read more

Completely horrible ! Worst nail and pedicure place I've ever been to in my life. I was supposed to get gel powder over my nails and nothing except gel paint. The pedicure no filing on my heals nothing and we paid and tiped top dollar 20 dollar tips a piece. Waste of time and money. If you leave a bad review they keep deleting. So I'll have to go further with this now. read more

This weekend was my last straw for me as far as customer service inside this location at Germantown Saddle Creek location. I placed an online pick up order early on in the week and came as soon as they opened on a Sunday to retrieve my order. Once inside no one greeted me. I stood by the Online Pick-Up area but facing towards the front counter. I stood patiently for over 3mins. Especially with sales clerks walking by me even after looking me in my face. Never greeted me nor asked if I had been help. I didn't let a 3rd clerk walk by without noticing me. Just approve an inside voice I stated my business in the store to pick up my order. With a firm please on the end of the sentence. I shouldn't have to do that. I counted more than six clerks on the floor and you mean to tell me no one controlled the door as customers came in and out. This location will lose its luster of walkins if it hasn't already from the lack of a simple, "Hi, may I help you?" Do better Sephora Store Management. You're losing walking customers. read more

I was having doubts about going because of reading reviews. But ended up trying it out. Great customer service and the service was great as well I got a detox pedicure and a manicure, I recommend just going on a weekday other than a weekend if you're in a rush. They said Monday -Wednesday is their slowest days. So don't let the bad reviews dictate your experience of trying them out. read more

YAAASS, this location is perfect! I stay away from the snooty attitudes at the Carriage Crossing location and only visited Wolfchase if I knew LaTisha would be in the store, as it was rare that anyone else seemed to be able to assist me. Fans rejoice. The new store is beautiful, well stocked, and with an amazing staff that can tell you everything about EVERYTHING - trust me, I've asked. Also, LaTisha has moved to this store and you should definitely schedule a makeup session with her. This Sephora went above and beyond my expectations. I'm from Little Rock, AR and most of the "Sephora girls" there are snobby, snooty and don't smile I suppose for fear that it might crease their makeup. All of these girls, though, were super sweet. The staff was friendly, diverse, and the product selection was amazing. They were out of a product I was looking for because the particular brand was in the midst of changing their packing so they suggested something very similar that was Sephora brand, instead of just saying "oh well, sorry!" I've found most mall Sephoras to be blah, but they do their job. Never really found much I like enough at Sephora that would get me to make regular trips. I needed to make a major foundation change and I doubted I would find anything that was up to my natural product wants here, but I was wrong! When I walked in, there were tons of gorgeous ladies and gents who were at the ready to help me. They didn't attack me either which I love. I knew what brand I wanted to check out and headed over. Within a couple minutes a representative of that specific brand came over and asked if I had any questions or if she could help me make a choice. She very concisely summarized the product, slapped some bb cream on me, and helped me find the perfect shade. I ended up in love with my purchase and the beautiful store. I came in for a makeover and they were so very helpful!! I don't wear s lot of makeup and get pretty intimidated by this place. I was received with smiles and helpful advice. My beauty helper was Nicole and she listened to what I wanted and problems I was having. She not only showed me a few things to use but how to use them! She didn't try to push me to buy anything I didn't need. I had a great time and the end result was awesome. I hope to put these new skills to use soon I'll be back to this store for sure. read more

Very poor experience. Walked in to get new makeup. Was greeted nicely by a team member who started to assist me. She and I were rudely interrupted by another girl who sent her to do something else and said she would take over. She cut me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted. She was not knowledgeable. When she did try to help she did not use the match light to check my complexion type. She chose a makeup that was way too light for me. She abruptly said I'll be back. I waited 5 min. The manager called back 2 days after I was supposed to receive a call. She said they were sending the item to my house. Matter resolved. Satisfied with it. However......it should not have taken 2 days for them to "review" the tape and verify I never received the product. Also, I should have received an apology and confirmation that yes they reviewed the tape, and no, I didn't receive it. They just said we will mail it to you. read more

I came in for a foundation change and to ask about some new products- LaTisha was absolutely amazing. She color matched me, put a couple of choices on my skin, and offered samples based on what I liked the most. She never tried to sell me things I didn't need. Instead, I asked her questions about products I was curious about or that were recommended to me- which she was knowledgeable about all of them. She even took the time to pencil me in to do my brows since I told her I wanted to get a more natural look. (I never leave the house without a bold brow, so I was nervous to take them off but she and other staff members made me feel comfortable and cute). She listened to exactly what I wanted and had an amazing attitude the entire time. So lucky I got to interact with her and can't wait to try my new products! read more

I didn't know you could be that rude without reason. Either that was a manager or she's in super good with the management . Maybe even related. I was so upset with the terrible service I turned on my heels and left. I refused to deal with that kind of dismissive disgusting behavior. I have been a "member" for years and I usually do my shopping online since it's terribly hard to find a full store unattached to a J C Penny. The stores attached to JC are so small and never have what I'm looking for. So this place is shining in the sun. I saw it the last time I was in the area so I was excited to get back to it. I went into the store about two days ago, to possibly get matched with foundation, because I was sold a product that goes on the lips. When I come in I always go to the same person that has helped me my previous visits. On my visit before the last she was the one that told me a lip product was foundation. As usual I went in found her again, she was talking to another customer, so I waited. She ignored me while just standing there. Without acknowledging me or making eye contact she asked another employee right beside her to help me. She was very rude and showed attitude. I had to return a product to Sephora. I never used the product because I bought the wrong thing and wanted to return it. When I returned the product the cashier was very rude to me. Then she accused me of opening the product and trying to return. Eventually she gave me my money back but her customer service was terrible. Went into Sephora to look at any new highlight & ended up asking an employee about samples & what they offer for samples. She told us we were allowed 3. Then we got one sample & she was still in a good spirit with a positive attitude. Around sample 2 or 3, it was very noticeable at the fact that she was getting quite aggravated with helping us. So in a joking manner, I asked if she was getting annoyed with us and she said "yea a little bit" in a serious manner. When she finished helping us, she rudely said "tell me if you actually want to buy anything." After that unnecessary comment, my friend and I gladly left the facility and will not likely be coming back to this location. read more

I try to be understanding and patient when it comes to stores and restaurants. But I will probably not be returning to this location. Some of the workers are just rude and incompetent. I feel like Sephora workers are not knowledgeable about the events and what is actually written on the event cards. I went with my mom to the Spring Rouge event. It states that with a purchase, the VIB Rouge customer and the friend will both receive samples and cardholder, along with the 15% off. When my mom purchased something, "Melissa" didn't give her any of the samples and cardholder. When I asked for them for my mom, she pointed to my bag and said "it's in there" and just walked off really fast. I checked my bag, thinking I must have not seen two sets. But they weren't in there. Now, my mom and I are just standing at the counter without any help, and no workers were at the counter. (I am not dying to get samples, but it's part of the event right?) I finally got someone else's attention who said to me "oh we have samples, but not cardholders"..hmm, wrong.. There is a big box of cardholders on the counter behind (and I had gotten one too). Finally, we were in the car and I checked the receipt. Melissa didn't take 15% off any of our purchases. She had known I was a VIB Rouge because I had shown her my red card. As I made my purchase, I had SHOWN her my email. Honestly, I had not known that there was a barcode at the end of the email, but the email had stated just to present this email at the store, which I did. With good customer service, Melissa should have asked me to scroll or inform me that there is a barcode, but she didn't do that. The worker who was fixing everything said to me "oh, we don't ask for the barcode.. as you are the customer, YOU need to show US the barcode." As for me, if I was a worker at Sephora and I knew there was an event going on, I would ask the customers for their coupon email/barcode to make sure they don't forget to use that extra 15-20% off. That's just good customer service imo. But at this location, if you forget, it's your fault. If you only show the email, they will not scroll down and help you with the barcode. On top of that, this place is always changing their products and the products I buy are never there. So, I won't be returning. read more
