Shortly after, I realized that one of the colognes was a duplicate of one I already own. The item is completely unopened, still sealed in plastic, in its original box, and in immaculate condition. I called ahead and spoke with the general manager, who refused to provide her name. I explained the situation and made it clear that I wasn't even asking for a refund -- I was willing to exchange it or receive store credit toward another purchase. Despite this being a reasonable request and the product being untouched, she was adamant that once you leave the store, there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds, no exceptions. While I understand that businesses have policies, this level of inflexibility and lack of customer service is unreasonable. The product was never opened or used, yet they would not even consider working with a paying customer. Because of this rigid policy and poor customer service, I do not recommend this store. Spend your money where your business is valued. Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante con Perfumería Clásica, ubicada en 301 Convent St, Laredo, TX. Recientemente gasté casi $300 en colonias durante el fin de semana. Poco después, me di cuenta de que una de las colonias era un producto que ya tenía. La colonia está completamente nueva, sin abrir, sellada en su plástico original, dentro de su caja y en perfectas condiciones. Llamé con anticipación y hablé con la gerente general, quien se negó a proporcionar su nombre. Le expliqué la situación y dejé claro que ni siquiera estaba solicitando un reembolso, solo un cambio o crédito en tienda para comprar otro producto. A pesar de que la colonia está intacta, fue totalmente inflexible, indicando que una vez que sales de la tienda no hay cambios ni reembolsos, bajo ninguna circunstancia. Entiendo que los negocios tengan políticas, pero esta falta total de flexibilidad y de atención al cliente es irrazonable. El producto nunca fue abierto ni usado, y aun así no hubo ningún intento de llegar a una solución. Por esta política tan rígida y el mal servicio al cliente, no recomiendo esta tienda. Hay mejores lugares donde sí valoran a sus clientes.
