I am a deal Hunter and love looking for online deals, but she steered me away from Amazon. She told me that Ulta has a guarantee with their products, and that she would recommend only purchasing beauty products with that guarantee. She reminded me that when I purchase hair products online, I'm might not know exactly what is in that bottle. Although I never really thought about that,I guess that could be true!! That said, I decided to check out Ulta! The shampoo that I normally buy from the salon is 20 bucks a bottle, a bit expensive. Before heading to the salon to purchase an additional shampoo and conditioner, I decided to check online at Ulta. Thankfully, they were having a tremendous sale! I was able to purchase this expensive shampoo and conditioner at 40 to 50% off. I noticed that Eve and the original price without the sale was still cheaper than what I was paying in the salon. I also think that the more I spend at Ulta, the more savings through coupons and their buyer rewards program (I think that exists) I will receive. Also, it was easy to find a 20% off coupon. I definitely will check out their ample supply of beauty products in the future instead of purchasing directly from a hair salon.

But, if you are wanting someone to be attentive to your needs, shopping at this location versus Kenwood is preferable. Almost always the workers try to help you, though most aren't super knowledgeable if you are looking for something specific. Bonus: there are special discounts offered every once in a while at this location because of being in Kohl's. If you are someone that doesn't like the lighting and how cramped the Kenwood Sephora feels, and you really need someone to take the time to help you... this location is for you. If you are like me...just suffer and go to the Kenwood location, if you have the time.

I don't come here often (because I'm a guy and....well....I'm a guy) but when I do, they always have what I need. It's pretty basic - A multi-story department store. If you want to know all they have, go to their website and check it out. Better yet, just go in and check it out. For the most part, service is typically great. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can usually find someone to assist you relatively easy. Would I go back? Yes. And, as I mentioned before, as a typical guy I go shopping when I need something. I know what I want, I go in, I get it, I pay for it, I leave. Now, let's say that you didn't try those pants on when you really should have. You get home and they're too big or........... or maybe you're too big.... whatever the case, grab the receipt and head on back. They'll take care of you. But, if you want to save yourself the trouble, go hit up that dressing room and see how sharp you look.
