Eugenia was really patient as my eyes watered more than the average client I'm sure. She was gentle and the process was so laidback that I fell asleep! I came with a friend and it took 4.5 hours to get a mani/pedi. I was not expecting to spend my entire day here. Also the quality of the manicure was terrible. I had it done yesterday and it is already chipping off because it was applied to thick. My nails are uneven, not filed, and the tech did not touch my cuticles. I kept asking why she was not doing things and she kept saying that this was her method and gave me her resume on where she teaches... anyways - 4.5 hours later my manicure looks horrible. I already booked an appointment somewhere else to get this fixed because I have a wedding this weekend and I dont want to go looking like this...

Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)!
