She canceled our appointment. Undaunted, I went to Riverhead Beauty Supply. There were many brands with which I was unfamiliar, but they did have one that I've used before. So I got three bottles, some developer, some clips, some gloves, some lifting powder, color corrector, and a charcoal eye pencil. It's an extremely well-stocked store, bigger than most Sally stores, but nowhere near the behemoth in Aurora, CO (where a bomber bought his supplies, but I digress). They have a huge section of wigs and hair extensions, along with shampoos, all kinds of creams and oils, including arnica, and hair supplies, although curiously they didn't have color brushes with pintails. I had to buy a pintail comb. The security guard was nice, one lady was almost rude, and the cashier was cheerful and friendly. No one asked what I wanted, or if I needed help, unlike at Sally. I did tell the cashier that if I messed up, I was coming back to talk with her. Then I remembered that I had met a woman who does hair at a yard sale last summer, and we're meeting at Dunkin' for a consultation. Luckily, I am fully stocked with products. Prices are fair. Some shampoos are cheaper elsewhere, but on the whole prices are reasonably good. Some things, like the pintail comb, were very cheap: $2.

Since he left, there has been one mishap after another.. all of a sudden medicines that we don't take are showing up on our account. medicines that we take are not getting filled and we're not being told why or given the option to go to another Walgreens in the area in order to fill it. they are careless they and doing their job correctly. When you bring up some of those grave mistakes that they've made, they just shrug their shoulders and say "Next". I'm removing all of my business from this place and I really hope this is one of the locations that does go out of business because it's a liability for anyone to rely on them for their medicine.

The pharmacist wants to be friends with everyone and not their boss. Multiple complaints made to upper management and nothing done. They tried to do harm to their own in pharmacy by placing crates behind people they don't like. The store manager Eric was horrible to his employees and made them feel belittled. I hope who ever hires the store manager in a new place does not put up with his shit. Stay away if you can there are plenty of other stores out there.

I said about 30 minutes she goes usually takes about an hour for pick up. I explained to her that it was only a little box of hair dye and a small bottle of developer and clearly she was absolutely not doing anything besides sitting on the windowsill and the store was not even busy. There was only one other customer in there being helped by the other coworker so I asked her that I'm gonna have to wait an hour for those two simple items ? She didn't say anything to me and she proceeded to go get the items all along while making sighs and almost huffing and puffing the entire time while getting and bagging the order. She took her sweet time checking it out and stapling 4 different receipts to the bag. She then turned back towards me as if it was for me to take I then proceeded to ask her name and leave the store.. I really think SAGE needs to be talked to about customer service. I would have completely understanding that they were busy and she couldn't stop to get that order, but she was sitting on the windowsill when I came up to the store and on her phone so I don't see how she was so busy and the fact that she was huffing and puffing the entire time while packaging the order was unnecessary .
