I called to make a bang trim appointment. I said I was very nervous because I'm very picky with my bangs. They said they would put me with someone amazing. Right when I got there I can tell he wasn't listening or even looking at my pictures well. I said I just wanted it out of my eyes. He wet my bangs, I asked why and that I do them dry. He says that's how he does it. Honestly I shouldn't care about hurting anyone's feelings, but I felt like I was offending him. He did the exact opposite. Cut my bangs off. Chopped them like I was a 5 year old. A nice other stylist tried to fix but everyone's answer was that I needed to wait for it to grow. In a matter of minutes my bangs were destroyed. I was crying and I felt like the manager or owner was annoyed at me. I explained I have zero eyebrows and I explained this on the phone, before and during the appt. I explained I wanted a TINY TRIM. This place is not high quality at all. I'm just so sad the way they handled me and the situation. read more

Christine is amazing! She's so nice and really takes the time to make sure to LISTEN to you and actually do what you want. Everytime ive went to a hair salon they never do what I ask it always came out a way I just didn't like and not want I asked. Literally couldn't of asked for anything better than this. Booked a haircut with Saundra and could not be more pleased with the results. She's also super sweet and funny so a nice way to spend an hour of your day. The salon is lovely as are all of the staff that I interacted with. The online booking tool was super convenient as everyone is getting their hair game in order before the end of the summer so instead of having to continuously call to see if anything opened up, I just checked everyday and sure enough someone cancelled and I snagged the spot. This was my first time visiting Warren Tricomi, and I was blown away but the friendly people who work there. From calling them to book the appt to arriving at the salon. The staff here at this salon are top notch. They really went out of their way for me and I am very greatful for that. I had my color done by Beatrice who was so knowledgeable about color and applied it perfectly. Brooke did my blow dry and did an amazing job. I would give this salon 10 stars if I could. You can tell that guys and girls who work here really want to be here because they are committed and have been at the salon for many years, they take pride in their profession and it really shows. Not only was I happy with the results, but I also received terrific service from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. Smiling faces at the front desk, a relaxing hair wash and a personable, engaging stylist. What more could one ask for? Wary of losing my hair's length, Jackie made sure to walk me through what she was doing, showing me exactly how much she would cut and explaining each step along the way. Alongside the haircut, I also got some lessons in hair curling and harmful shampoos. Thank you Jackie and the rest of the Warren Tricomi staff for such a pleasant experience! Very impressed with Dion! An artist and a gentleman! He knows how to assess what the client needs and delivers.

They clearly pack the schedules like no other in the summer and schedules suffer for it. Had a 3PM and was on time. They didn't see me until 3:25 and because it started late they didn't wash my hair up front like they said they were going to. This led to a my hair stylist losing her next customer and a chain reaction of annoyed people, myself included. Overall just a poorly managed place. You should by expect me to walk out the door at 3:45 when you don't started working on me until 3:25. Would not recommend, ever. read more

Stay away! They sold me a $500 straightening service which did not work. I called within days and they told me to come in next time I was in town. I came in and they agreed that it didn't really do much for my hair and wouldn't remedy the issue. All they did was tell me they needed to blowdry my hair to tell if it worked and they broke off tons of strands of hair in the process and wouldn't refund that either. They blamed it on "growth". I will never go to this salon again. My hair looks horrible and completely fried. Don't let this happen to you! read more

My experience at the East Hampton salon with Cassandra was phenomenal. She is not only an amazing hair stylist, but an artist who is truly dedicated to and passionate about her craft. Cassandra spent 5 hours with me, making my color "just right". She gave me Pinterest-level hair ;) She really listened and made me feel comfortable and part of the process. From my sister/mother and the rest of the bridal party: From a service perspective: Stylists were OK, one was rude. They did a decent job for services in terms of hair and makeup. From a business perspective: Misquoted us and generally difficult to deal with. Currently disputing credit fraud with them since they took liberties on my credit card and refuse to correct errors. I havent cried at a haircut since I was 10 years old. This experience was atrocious, and I could have given myself a better haircut. I went in looking for a blunt cut. One length. Very simple. While thinning it out, the stylist hacked into the back of my hair creating very short layers. The stylist said that the layers were there when I came in. They were not. She kept defending herself and not taking responsibility. What made it worse was that the owner or manager sat close by, and didn't say anything or try to help. He just chatted away with the local ladies that go there to get coiffed - literally. I suppose that's what should be expected from a place like this - literally no style or edge. I am not one to complain in these types of situations, but this was inexcusable and totally unprofessional. To be met with such obvious defensiveness was embarrassing to say the least. Side note: I asked for some sparking water, and was handed a small plastic water bottle made for children. Save your money. read more

The person who blew out my hair didn't do a very good job and kind of rushed through it. I have the kind of hair that lasts 3-4 days after a professional blow out. Not today. She also stated that I needed a haircut when I just had it cut. read more

I have been here a few times for hair color. It's a busy, frenzied salon in the summer. It's not a relaxing place to get a haircut but completely acceptable in quality. The stylists are very capable, although not cutting edge. In the summer months, book appointments in advance. There is limited choice in EH so salon appointments get booked quickly. read more

Air conditioning was set to such a low temperature that three customers in the span of 30 minutes asked if the temperature could be raised. My stylist (who was great) could see that I was visibly shivering, brought me a second robe to use as a blanket, and asked the general manager if he could raise the temperature. The general manager said NO, because he and other staff members were sweating they were so hot (I didn't see anyone other than the manager sweating). The general manager also didn't even bother to apologize that I was so cold, despite the fact that I was two feet away from him when the stylist asked him to change the temperature. One long time client lamented that "they will tell you they're going to make it warmer, but they never do." read more
