He responded to my emails, met up with my wife and I, and although he's a professional; he was humble enough to listen to everything we wanted to say, which is extremely important in a vendor. Not only did Rico meet my expectations, he surpassed them. Completely. Here were some of my initial concerns. I knew he could play the Spanish guitar (because I heard him in his videos) but I had no idea if he could play traditional guitar, because I hadn't heard him do so. And I have to say--their rendition of "Sweet Caroline" was somehow even better than Neil Diamond's! Throughout the evening, guests kept coming up to us saying things like, "We've been to a lot of weddings with live bands, and this is by far the best wedding band we've ever seen." Everyone was happy and a good time--Alex moderated the flow and mood quite well and the vibe seemed seemless---all good signs of a professional. Really I had no problems.
