All they want to do is have you work out and work out and work out. Got tired of hearing " 3 sets of 10" on every exercise. I went home in way more pain then I started on first visit. Then back 2 days later, same thing. Then after my work out, I'm down in the back all weekend and still not where I was 2 weeks ago. I guess the dr orders were too hard to follow....
