Great family owned farm. Owners were friendly and answered all our questions regarding different types of Mangoes Florida us to offer. My husband and I took farm tour and it was amazing. We tried many exotic fruits off the tree along the tour and fruit platter was served at the end of tour of all different fruits they grow. We also purchased mango and lychee for home. Both were reasonably price. Will return soon

My family and I recently visited Serendib Farms for a tour which was an incredible experience. Wimal and Elita are excellent hosts and they showed us around their garden filled with exotic trees, flowers, and fruits (which we were able to sample along the way). Their farm tours are by appointment only so be sure to book one in advance. It's a wonderful experience and fun for everyone!

Will, the owner of the farm, is a very nice and honest man. He showed us around even if most fruit are not in season and introduced different varieties of avocados and mangos, it's amazing that his farm has so many varieties of tropical fruits. We picked some star fruit, passion fruit, different avocados from the trees and he also offered fresh coconut, he charged a very reasonable price for the tour and the produces. If you're a lover of exotic tropical fruit, you don't want to miss Serendib Farm.

These Mauritius lychee are so sweet! $5/pound such a good price!

This iconic fruit stand is a true South Florida institution. From the moment you pull in, it feels like stepping into a charming, old-school roadside market bursting with color and character. Crates overflow with vibrant tropical fruits, the air smells sweet and fresh, and the whole place has that nostalgic, family-run charm you just don't find everywhere anymore. The mamey milkshake is my go-to and hands down my favorite. It's unbelievably thick, creamy, and packed with rich tropical flavor. One sip and you'll understand why it's legendary. Beyond the milkshakes, they carry incredible local honey, homemade sauces, unique jams, fresh shallots, beautiful vegetables, and perfectly ripe fruits. The exotic fruit selection alone is worth the trip. you'll discover varieties you didn't even know existed. What makes it even more special is that Robert himself is often there, still working and interacting with customers. It adds such a personal touch. Everyone on staff is genuinely kind, welcoming, and happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. Don't skip the back area, there's a small petting zoo where you can buy feed and interact with the animals, which makes it a fun stop for families and kids. It's more than just a fruit stand . it's an experience. A must-visit South Florida classic.

Disappointed. I decided I might as well get a shake since the line was long- I got the Mamey milkshake since I never had Mamey before. It is good. I really can't describe it- not sweet. Creamy. Yeah, kind of like sweet potato. We'll see how my tummy feels after the milk in the shake By the way- this is a large cup. I'm definitely not going to finish this!!! It's great for tourists ands kids. It was too hot for me to walk around and look at the animals- so go in the morning. That's it. I'm leaving. Apparently there's wine tasting 3 miles down the road!

For a lucky few (and I'm one!), membership in the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) group will get them a box of organic fruits and vegetables from South Florida organic sources during the November-April growing season. Egg and honey shares are available too. One box I received this year had Florida sea salt! (who knew?) The CSA shares can either be picked up at the farm, or at various delivery sites in Miami-Dade, Broward and the Keys. During the summer, weekly emails list what summer fruits are available for purchase at the farm. Just sign up on the web site for notifications. This week I picked up two varieties of carambola (starfruit), passionfruit, longans (like small leechees) and tropical fruit honey. There are almost always avacados available in the summer. Keep in mind that this is not a tourist attraction. It is a working farm, with the associated dirt roads, mud, bugs, etc. Don't wear your dancing shoes.

I am finding new favorites and getting creative with the food I prepare. Everything you receive in your box is organic and from a local farm.
