Just odd! Weird store hours. The owner needs another pair of hands or needs to retire. Waited over 15 minutes in line, ordered a strawberry milk shake and my friend a root beer float, to be told he was out of both!!! That's like having a pizza w/ no cheese. read more

I love this place. My first visit I got a guava flavor ice cream, which was delicious. This time I got cinnamon. It tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in ice cream form. So amazing. By far some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Just moved to Miami and I plan to come back here as much as I can. read more

Overall: Overpriced. Kosher. Good tasting. Nothing out of the ordinary concerning fro-yo. The Deets: Located on the busy strip of Harding, this place has a cute outside and warm inside - a few chairs inside and loungers outside. Overall, a nice layout for a fro-yo place. The flavors are fairly standard and basic - chocolate, "original," and whatever the flav-o-the-day. The taste is exactly what you'd expect - pretty good, smooth, goes down with a smile. However, the price is "WHOA MOMMA!". I guess that might be standard for such a upper-class area... but "whew".... not for this guy. read more

I have been to both the Surfside and Wynwood up location and I have nothing bad to say about it all. The panther coffee flavor and sriracha peanut are by far my favorite. I am bit of a Ice Cream junkie myself so for me to go out of my way to make a yelp review means a lot. I definitely recommend visiting Serendipity for your ice cream cravings. read more

THIS PLACE IS NEVER OPEN!!!!! I live two blocks from Serendipity. They advertise their hours ("sundown"?! really?!) but MANY times (not just three or four) I have come prior to sundown and their doors are closed, lights off, chairs inverted. How do you guys run a business?! It is 3:00PM on a Friday. I called just now, so as not to waste another walk over there only for it to be closed. I have checked your calendar. You are not listed as closed today. And NO ONE has answered the phone. Too bad, the people that managed to make it in during the blue moon that you were open gave great reviews. Ice cream was really sweet but flavor was good and they have a really good variety. It does look a bit dirty and service is not great.

I had cookie dough ice cream in a sugar cone. As far as ice cream goes I'd have to say that this does qualify as ice cream. I tasted the cereal milk ice cream but decided to roll the dice on the cookie dough instead. Why not? I'm on vacation aren't I? read more

The fro-yo is amazing, AND its kosher. Like wow I'm impressed. My favorite is the chocolate vanilla swirl and the peanut butter. The pomegranate rasberry is also really refreshing. I'm a huge sweet tooth and ice cream lover so I've had my fair share of desserts and the ice cream there is hands down delicious, especially for kosher ice cream. The best ones are cereal milk, coconut, salted caramel, coffee, cookie dough, and butter pecan. They also have parve ice cream which is really cool (my favorite is the birthday cake flavor) and sorbet for anyone who is lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy, vegan, or just trying to keep kosher. There are tons of options at this cute little shop. Besides ice cream, yogurt, and sorbet, they have tons of candy all along the walls. They also have a popcorn machine which was a really cute idea. Just went to Serendipity last night for the first time. It was amazing. Maybe the best frozen yogurt I have ever eaten. It tasted amazing and actually felt great after. OMG sooo good! I love the frozen yogurt!!! They have options for everyone! I really like the peanut butter frozen yogurt and the cookies n' cream. They are soo generous with toppings and sizes. I can't even finish a small. If you are looking for something refreshing come in and try the Non Dairy watermelon soft serve sooo good! THe staff is one of a kind and the atmosphere is awesome! What a wonderful ice cream shop. It's must visit for us every time we come in from Toronto. As soon as I tell my kids we're going to Florida they always make it a point to mention Serendipity. Cozy ice cream spot, my kids have to visit this shop every night after dinner when we vacation in Surfside. Although the ice cream is good there are no healthy toppings, only candy and not even good candy but sour or gummies candies. Would love it if this place had normal toppings like nuts, sprinkles, or chocolate chips. read more

I visit south Florida two or three times yearly and I go out of my way on a 45 minute drive just to hit this ice cream shop. The owner, Jessica, is frequently there to serve and it really has an old school mom and pop feel. The ice cream is amazing with delicious flavors that are more creative than the artisan ice cream in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Too many faves to choose just one. So excited to try their new shop in Wynwood. read more

An excellent find! We had finished dinner and were walking along the street when we saw the huge ice cream cone statute on the sidewalk. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The frozen yogurt was outstanding and the availability of toppings was very good. They had options for small, medium, and large. The large was $6 and I don't recall the other prices as I wanted a lot! Neither my wife or I was disappointed. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again. read more
