We also have the quarterly service for keeping bug, spiders and wasps, etc. out of our house and garage. I rarely see any bugs or spiders in our house but occasionally in the garage I see one. Maybe if the garage wasn't crammed full it would help. . Anyway after our move in 2024 we've had termite treatment to the new house because the builder was lazy and just put out a few ground containers with sticks of wood! The poor technician who came was here a really long time especially drilling the concrete porch in back! He said the concrete was at least 20" deep! At any rate he did it all without complaining and did a great job! We wouldn't ever use another pest control company!
