While they were not the least expensive, I selected them after reviewing the job with Christo, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and was straight forward regarding the extent of possible issues that may be uncover when the shingles are removed from such an older building (1929). Christo has an extensive portfolio of quality materials to choose from and his suggestions really helped steer me towards the best possible outcome. The work began very shortly after the paperwork was completed and even after finding that the original roof had 3 layers of failed shingles in some areas, had extensive wood rot at the decking, fascia and soffit areas, needed replacement roof ventilation and also required additional work to remove an old school TV antenna... the roof was completed beautifully and ahead of schedule! Communication was on-going and professional throughout the entire job. The clean up was meticulous and complete. Gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later and the house really looks great! I can 100% recommend 1st Choice Roofing... and have already passed their contact information on to both family and friends.

The staff are very kind and unobtrusive. A few things to know... 1. Cooking is not allowed. They provide tea and water. I did the Daniel Fast and was able to store my food in one of the fridges. There's a very nice Walmart and a few fast food places about two minutes away (Speed Limit is 25). 2. Only water is allowed in the rooms. This is actually a good thing because you're not distracted by food. 3. The books and CDs are powerful! Be prepared to spend some money on your own copies. The books are designated according to the room you're assigned. I recommend reviewing the CDs before you start listening to them. I should have done that and would have listened to the spiritual warfare and prayers CDs first. If you have Jimmie Black Volume 4 in your room, listen to it a couple of times. You'll be blessed! 4. Don't expect a luxury bath experience. The shower is very small (encourages spending less time on trivial items). 5. You won't notice, but they need a new roof (and other repairs)-donations are welcome. 6. Most important, expect to leave here changed. You can't lock yourself up in a room with The LORD an open heart and not have your life transformed. I'll never be the same! Lord willing, I'll be back again soon. Great work and great people…read more We have a newer home (2 years old) and during this last wind storm part of our ridge vent shingles came off the roof. We called the roofing company that built our house...crickets. Not even so much as a call back to say they were busy. With rain coming up, and after 4 days of trying to reach the original contractor, we called Rodriguez Exteriors. Rodriguez Exteriors answered the phone with a real human. Orlando was responsive, honest, fair and was out the same day to give us a quote to repair our roof before the rain that was forecast. They did a physical inspection, took plenty of pictures and clearly explained what happened, likely reasons why it happened, and went through options for us as to what can be done. In the end, it was discovered that three factors caused the issue. The wrong ridge vent was used, the wrong nails were used (too short of nails were used for ridge cap usage), and lastly the nails were driven most of the way through the shingles at installation so when the shingles came up they broke through the shingles. Rodriguez Exteriors was very diligent about using the appropriate materials, oem recommended products and installing everything in a professional and proper manner. The work was exemplary and had it not been a holiday weekend, I would have had them replace the ridge vents on the rest of the house on the spot. We will be scheduling them back to do so. When the team was done with the replacement, everything was cleaned up. It looked amazing, and was done correctly. Thank you Orlando and team for getting us repaired and back to water-tight again. No one wants to call for roofing repairs, let alone on a 2 year old home. But the one good thing that came out of this was that we found Rodriguez Exteriors. A family run, honest, trustworthy and responsive contractor. We will highly recommend them any day!

Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. Benjamin Mancillas was wonderful to work with!!! On-time and very polite on my exhaustive questions about the job Excellent warranty on their work. They showed up yesterday and did the whole job in one day, and it was beautifully done. Very, very good cleanup!! I mowed the lawn today and did not see, one rooftop piece or roof nail. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.
