I told Percy that I was interested in purchasing the package that they offer for my lawn care needs and to date have only received the initial application with no follow-up . As of September 13, 2025, the total outstanding balance owed by Southern Style Services was $26,140.86. This amount represents unpaid rent, applicable late fees, and documented damages. No dispute has been raised regarding the validity, accuracy, or calculation of these charges. On September 13, 2025, Mr. Mason LeBlanc acknowledged the outstanding balance in writing via email and stated, in substance, that Southern Style Services was unable to make payment at that time due to cash-flow issues. In that same correspondence, Mr. LeBlanc acknowledged that the obligation existed and indicated that payment would be made once funds became available. At no point did Mr. LeBlanc dispute the charges or claim that the amounts invoiced were incorrect. Following that acknowledgment, multiple good-faith attempts were made to resolve the matter professionally and without escalation. These efforts included repeated written communications, invoice summaries, and a formal final demand requesting either full payment or participation in a structured payment plan. Reasonable payment options were offered in an effort to accommodate the contractor and avoid further action. Despite these efforts, Southern Style Services failed to remit any payment toward the outstanding balance. After September 2025, communication from Mr. LeBlanc and Southern Style Services became increasingly limited and ultimately ceased altogether. As of the date of this complaint, no payments have been made, and no meaningful response has been received. The outstanding balance has continued to accrue due to ongoing nonpayment. However, the project value listed in this complaint reflects the undisputed balance as of September 13, 2025, which is when the nonpayment was clearly acknowledged and became an ongoing issue. This complaint is submitted due to Southern Style Services' failure to pay a legitimate business obligation after receiving services and occupancy, failure to respond to repeated written demands, and continued nonpayment despite acknowledging the debt in writing. Supporting documentation, including invoices, email correspondence acknowledging the obligation, and final demand communications, is available and can be provided upon request or uploaded with this complaint.
