I had a gift certificate for $150 so I made an appointment for a sports massage and a pedicure. I'm all for a deep tissue, high pressured massage (and I signed up for that with the sports massage) but wholly crap, I was constantly telling the guy to let up. There were times I couldn't breathe it hurt so bad. I was way too sore the next day to be good. Besides that the room was barely big enough for the table, then add a not so small male masseuse and it's a little ridiculous. Then in the moments I thought maybe I could relax, the soothing Pandora station had a loud obnoxious commercial for Ford. Let's move on to the pedicure. The soak, the scrub, the parafan all fine. But the pedicurist seemed to fumble over ever step. And there's another part that I just couldn't get over....her nails were bitten down to the cuticles. I'm sorry, but no person who does nails....toenails or finger nails....should have disgusting looking nails! It's just bad advertisement. After all was said and done, my toenail cuticles were painted, the polish was terrible uneven and it was rubbing off and chipping in a day. I feel bad being this honest, because the masseuse, manicurist, and the owner were really nice people. But I will never go back there again. read more

God bless her the lady tried hard, but she was the worst nail tech I've ever met. There was sugar stuck in the polish and a mess all over my skin. The owner was there, so when I left I showed her the mess. She said, "I don't see a problem," gave me the girl's credentials, and said maybe she needed practice. No practice was fixing that disaster! read more

I have spent almost my whole life hating to go to the hairdresser because I never know what I want. As soon as I started working with Mary, a whole new world opened up to me. This woman has vision! She will go with what I want if I have something specific in mind, but if I don't, she will bust out suggestions, and I always leave happy. Mary works magic with her speedy scissors, doing a dry cut. On top of that, she has given me more length than I ever thought possible. Whenever I get my hair trimmed, my friends comment on how long and gorgeous it is. It's all about the magic shaping! On my last visit, I took the plunge. I went for color, and when Mary asked whether I wanted to go bold or subtle, I got brave and went all in. I ended up getting bold highlights and a kick of red underneath (I'm a natural dirty blond). I also went for the eyebrow tinting Mary had suggested a couple times, and she was totally right! With darker brows, my whole face looks better, even if I'm not wearing any makeup. (Especially because of the brow shape, which Mary also does, super fast and super painlessly). I had kind of given up on my appearance for a while, thinking, "I've been in a relationship for 9 years -- I don't have to try anymore." But with the new look, I feel amazing, like a new woman. When I look in the mirror, I feel confident and beautiful. My man couldn't get over my new look. He said, "I feel like I'm cheating on you -- with you!" And I'm finding that I am going through the world with more confidence and a better attitude. You have to go see Mary! read more

Went in for a trim and instead I had 5-6 inches cut off. The 'layers' I got were horrible! I cried when I went home and straightened my hair to see the damage that had been done. I had to go to another salon and pay to have some 'major blending' be done to the layers. The hairdresser said it looked as though I went to a beauty college to get a haircut. Overall a very upsetting experience. read more

Used a deal for a 60 min massage and deluxe pedicure. The massage room is almost uncomfortably small to where every time the masseuse moved around the table he barely fit between the table and the wall. The music was playing from his phone, which went off a few times and that was rather distracting. Plus you can hear people talking from the lobby so I never really felt that I got to relax. The pedicure was most even polish application I've ever had, but unfortunately it chipped much more quickly than usual. read more

Not sure what changes have gone on down there ladies and gents, but great job. Seems like you guys are much more organized as a team and happy to work together. I just love the atmosphere of the salon and truly enjoy the fact that I can get hair, nails and tanning all in one stop. So convenient... and your new girl, Natalie I think... she rocks. I had a 60 min massage with a deluxe pedicure and I was very disappointed.The massage girl was very inexperienced and the salon was so noisy the entire time.I felt agitated and annoyed after instead of relaxed.Definitely would not recommend this. read more

I have to say that the staff at this establishment was completely unprofessional and frankly inexperienced. How dumb do they think the general public is??? Seriously, the massage room is the size of a closet and separated by a thin barrier. I had a 60 min massage and honestly I could not relax nor concentrate do to all the chatter at the desk, voices talking over hair dryers and the obvious noise of a salon. I then had a pedicure which was really just a color change because that's all she did. My feet were placed in luke warm water, dried and painted. Seriously, no scrubbing, massaging or trimming. What more can I say?? I clearly was unsatisfied and have zero plans to every step foot in their spa (spa, now that's funny) again even if it were free! Went for a dealsaver massage/deluxe pedi. The massage by Kyle was amazing-deep tissue/sports massage that I needed and wanted. That part was five starsI agree with previous reviewers that it's really difficult to tune out the desk and salon chatter, but I'd still go back since the massage was awesome. The pedicure was pretty bad; I thought so at the time when the water was scalding (and I like very hot water) and the technician didn't seem to know what she was doing--like with the scrub and the way she put lotion on my feet and nails, directly followed but the base coat and polish. It seems like every other pedi I've ever had removed the oily lotion from my nails with alcohol (or at least water and a nail brush) so the base coat would hold. When I got home and really looked, there was dirt along the sides of my nails, I think from the black running socks I wore that morning (I did shower and wash my feet beforehand), and nail polish was all around my nails on my skin. I showed my seventeen year old daughter and she cracked up and didn't believe I had a pedicure. So the three star review is a combo of the five star massage and the one star pedi. read more

I went in for a trim eye brow wax and hand treatment I just had my ends trimmed and that's a good thing I bit the bullet on that one one of my eye brows was almost removed I have one full eye brow and one so thin you can 't even see it. walked out of the salon and my friend said have you looked at your eye brows I looked in the visor and wanted to scream.I ran back inside and they tried to tell me they were fine I said my eye brow is gone and the other one is normal she didn't wax that one much and what makes me so angry they kept saying they are the same.I went to another salon and they said all they could do was remove the other brow or the best thing to do was wait 4 to 6 weeks and hope it grows back and come in and they will fix it. I never got the hand treatment even after I paid for it. I have never written a bad review on any one in my life I thought about it and couldn't let someone else go through what I did without warning them. patsy L. read more
