The next thing I knew I got a bill from them for a building permit. I fought it and they payed it. I purchased the 5 windows Aug. 29th 2024. The first install date was Nov. 22 2025. 7 install dates later windows are not installed. The last install date was Jan. 14th 2025 I received a email confirmation that they would be here between 10AM and 2 PM 9 min later they call cancelling the install. It is my opinion that they took my $2000 deposit and had no intention of installing the 5 windows. BEWARE!!!!! After reading other reviews they can keep the windows.

They never called so he called again today and when stating we needed them to install the correct shower door the guy was extremely rude. He ended up hanging up on my husband and the issue is still unresolved. We just moved to Iowa and everyone has been so nice until dealing with this company.
