I am really simple with my nails. I always get a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. Nothing fancy. The first time I went here the guy that did my pedicure was rude and did the bare minimum. My toe nails smudged right away because he didn't help me put my flip flops on and he didn't put those things between my toes. A different guy did my no chip manicure and he asked if I wanted to cut my nails down and I said yes. I came in with oval nails. He cut them straight across and started shaping them into Square nails. Why are you giving me square nails without asking?! I didn't say anything because I was trying to be nice. And when I left the nails were obviously shaped unevenly and lopsided. However I gave this place a second chance and asked for females this time because males are always less detail oriented. My no chip manicure was fine this time. However the lady that did my pedicure gave me ONE coat of regular nail polish for a LIGHT PINK. In my 25 years of getting my nails done I have never seen someone paint only one coat especially for an off brand light color. My toes and hand are literally a different color because my the color on my toes are less pigmented. Again I didn't say anything because I'm nice and I just decided I wasn't coming back to this place again. When I went to check out the guy charged me the same price for the regular pedicure as a no chip manicure which he obviously upcharged me for. Please do not support this place. They are currently only taking appointments, so I'd call before heading in. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait about 15 minutes until I was seated at a chair to soak for my pedicure. The gal working there was working on someone else as I walked in. She later shared with me that her two other workers didn't show up and she was all alone with appointments all day. Hopefully, this doesn't happen often as I can see how it would be overwhelming for one person to provide service. The actual pedicure was very relaxing. She took her time cleaning my nails and painting my toes. I felt she did a good job. I just wish she would have applied another coat of the gel so the color was more vibrant. It was about a 45 minute pedicure that ended with a hot towel. Also, don't expect suburb, friendly service here. The workers are to the point and can quite brash. While I was there, the gal giving me my pedicure was talking very loudly on the phone with someone the entire time. So, there was very little interaction with her. I didn't mind that too much as she did get the job done and I was not in the mood for small talk. Others might see it as rude or unprofessional. I'm not sure how they do on nails and manicures. As I was leaving another lady showed up for a fill and the worker there told her she did not do any type of art and only did gel polish on acrylics. I'm not really sure why, but my guess is that it's more expensive and faster for her to complete a set.

Today I got the #2 because I wanted something a little extra and I actually got less. While I got 2 light leg massages they didn't touch my feet. Like not anything past my ankles. Just Brittney the owner works there. It was so relaxing that when I tired to get off the table I had a hard time b/c I was so relaxed from my 90 min facial. I am glad she had walked out b/c I am sure I might have looked intoxicated. Brittney was calm, cool and collected with such a soft voice and touch. She was friendly and kind. My skin looks amazing today. I had not had a facial in quite a few years. I also liked that she didn't try to upsell me or pressure me into buying products. She does have them available but I was not given the normal sales speeches a lot of places give you, which to me is a plus.
