It's gross, unsanitary and not an inexpensive manicure. Never going back. I also think it is very unprofessional when they speak to each other in Vietnamese or whatever Asian language they speak. I asked for almond-shaped nails, which I had previously, and I got oval done instead. The book also advertised colors in a particular way that did not translate to the dip color I picked out - what was supposed to be a rosey mauve was more coral, so she colored it with a darker shade of gel that is still very far from what their display nails depicted. All in all, I feel like my nails look sloppy and far from what I envisioned. It is a bummer to keep driving to Franklin for a manicure, but this did not feel worth the time or money. The nail techs were kind, but I experience far better attention to detail at the one I go to normally (but my regular nail tech is currently out of the country).
