Since Serenity Nails opened almost a year ago, I have been going for manicures and pedicures religiously. I even had family and bridal party members join me before my wedding for a fun beauty morning! Tiffany and Darren are wonderful and take great care of my nails. Never have I been cut, which was continuously a problem at the nail salon I frequented before they opened. The salon is clean, does not have the nail polish smell, and is very calming. I typically make appointments, although walk-ins are welcome. After living in the valley for 8 years and trying pretty much every salon in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend Serenity Nails. read more

Beware! In my opinion, the owner is incredibly rude. When I called to make an appointment, he was pushy and unprofessional. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and came anyway at my appointment time. He was still awful to me and my mom (not exaggerating). Didn't acknowledge us in a friendly way or even give us any indication he wanted us there. We walked out after another 10 minutes of awkward, rude interactions. This is a small town, they need to be nicer and more welcoming to customers if they want any business. read more

got a really bad experience With this place. they only got me 30 minutes after my appointment and then the Lady( Tiffany ) was really rude, and got upset that I ask for a specific design. I do my nails for eight years in nail salon and never got that upset. read more

Really pretty new nail salon in Edwards. Love the decor - it's all white leather with a glamorous chandelier. I've had two pedicures there and both have been great. I also had a 15 min chair massage which really helped some neck and shoulder pain I was experiencing from the day before. I came here with my mom for a pedicure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My pedicure was perfect and then I put my shoes on too early and it got ruined but my technician was so nice he spent time to carefully redo the ruined nails so that they are perfect again. Great service! read more

Very unpleasant experience despite the nice ambiance, and all due to the owner: Tiffany. Maybe she was tired, or overworked that afternoon. But heck, she's the owner! She could take a long break to calm down her nerves. I seriously considered cancelling my manicure after seeing how she acted while she did my pedicure, and how rudely she treated me. She dropped her sterilized tools on the floor. One came out of the plastic pack. Instead of going back to the sterilizer and pick up a new set as I expected, she just wiped the thing and used it on my foot. She pretended all through the interlude that she didn't understand my complaints. So, goodbye Tiffany! Never again. read more

Tried this salon about 4 months ago. First experience was great. Today I went for nails and a pedi. She had new technicians, so I ended up having 2 people doing my pedi, the second tried to fix the first ones horrible cutting. She came back to finished my polish - terrible job! She wanted me to have my nails done by a new person who was doing another woman. I observed that she was very unhappy - he was shapping her nails all different shapes and lengths, so there was no way that he was doing my hands. So, Tiffany, the owner did them , half way, and moved me to a another person to apply the color- not only a terrible job ( my nails are different lengths and he painted my cuticles, which were not removed) . All in all, I had 4 people working on me. Also, she over books. She asks people to walk around, and come back in a 1/2 hour! I have an appointment at Lovely Nails to correct. What a waste of $70.00! !!!!!!!!!!!!$$$$. read more

I've only been here once. The salon is very relaxing and everyone is nice. I went to get a basic manicure and was content with the service and staff. I did not give this place more stars because of a couple things. First, their nail polish was dry and they had trouble applying it. It was obvious the nail polish needed to be thrown out but they kept using it on my nails. Second, I got the polish that was $5 extra because of the posted "Last 10 days longer" sign. It cracked and chipped on the fourth day. Not only did it not last 10 days longer, it didn't even last ten days. I would not pay the extra $5 bucks. Would rather get the normal polish and just give them the $5 as a tip. read more

This was my first time visiting Colorado and came across this little gem. I was in desperate need of a pedicure after doing so much sightseeing. The salon was beautiful and clean. They do a great job and usually can fit me in on short notice. Very clean and nice atmosphere.

The first two pedicure were amazing. This one not so much. Didn't get part of why I paid for, which was a shoulder massage. When asked for it, Tiffany told me to come back. That they were too busy. Didn't get the person I requested, who is far superior to the one who did my pedicure. I would only go back for Kelly, but most likely will not return. Way to keep your locals happy! read more

This nail salon was terrible! When we walked in, the chairs and set up look very nice. Pedicure was mediocre, but we also asked for shellac nails for my daughter and I needed a refill on my acrylic nails. The acrylic nails we're not like my normal person, but all I needed was a refill and I thought it would do. Now my nails are turning green underneath and it hasn't even been a week. The woman who was working on my daughter's shellac nails didn't know what she was doing either and had to restart, only to have another woman come and to take over. Then the woman who did know what she was doing had to go back to service someone else, and they just put my daughter in foil again. After 2 1/2 hours of being there, we asked to them to remove foil/product from my daughters' fingers and let us leave. The owner then stepped in and kept insisting that she would do it, but we had absolutely run out of time and she finally acquiesced and gave us a refund. I will never go back there. Try another salon in the area. read more
