Lyssa gave me a perfect color and the best haircut I have ever had. She is truly a natural artist as not only did she cut my hair so well but I watched her cut a young man's hair from long to a fantastic short cut with no guidance from him. So, a few things that didn't go well at this salon. I came in for cut and color. Second, my blowout was "eh" but I say two other ladies get their blowouts done as if they were headed out to the hollywood red carpet. Third, my cut and color was much more expensive than my two friends that had it done a few weeks before and were charged much less. And something that bothered me since I was a perfectly new client to this salon....the lady who did my hair was talking poorly (very negatively) about one of their colleagues who was working right there in the salon. But as I could tell this worker was completely functional and did their job cutting many (4 or 5) gentleman's hair during the course of my 1.5 hour appointment. I've tried to reach out to the owner a few times to discuss and she will not coordinate a time with me to discuss. I'm a local, would love to endorse this salon, but given my first time experience here....I will not go back and would not recommend.
