Danielle (who is no longer here) made us feel really welcomed here, and Chris was very pleasant and welcoming as well. Now, management has changed and fun living and feeling welcomed here is no longer a feeling for us. The amenities here are supposed to be a part of living and paying for a luxury apartment, but here that isn't the case anymore. We used the Community Room for a friendly and fun gathering for the holiday. We were given permission to use the room. After using the room we were first charged $1,000. After retaining an attorney, he advised us that there is nothing in our lease stating that they can charge us for using the room. After receiving the letter from our attorney Christy and Jasimon changed the $1,000 to $500. Which we haven't paid, because it's not valid or fair. I feel like we were targeted for them to get extra money from us for the activities that they have here. People use that room all the time, even the night before we did and they were not charged. A fact that I know! It seems like since management changed, everything has changed for the worst. Why live in a luxury apartment if you can't utilize the amenities that you're paying for? I have had two packages stolen that has still not showed up. Thankfully, the two companies resent my orders to me. This week has been the fourth or fifth time that we had to put in a work order for the microwave. It keeps cutting out, and tripping the breaker. The last time we smelled smoke. I have asked the last maintenance guy to put in an order for a new microwave. We'll see what happens or how long this will take. I pray that living here gets better and back to fun the way it used to be.

If she's not working everyone is goofing off or just laughing in the one girls office. I used to call and get a message to people but not any more. I submitted a service request three weeks ago about my faucet not working in the sink. Called about it. Said it'd be fixed by the end of the week. That was last Friday. Still broken. In short they do not have the same standards as before and it starts in that office. I don't know if it's poor management or what but they need to rethink who they hire and how they work. They are nice. I will say that. But really just goofing off in suits most days. My lease isn't over until December but I am not renewing. Not here.

We paid for all move-out cleaning services they offered, cleaned ourselves, and were given no communication that anything was unsatisfactory or needed more attention. We moved out in July, our accounts were locked/closed, and today (1/23/26) we receive notification that we have had a charge sent to collections that was filed on 10/6/25 (3 months after we moved out/accounts locked). We scoured our emails, we didn't miss communication from them that we owed anything else. They just sent our account to collections and tanked our credit score without so much as a phone call or email to resolve the situation. I am deeply disturbed that after 3 years as tenants who NEVER missed a rent payment, were always responsible community members, and PAID EXTRA for moveout cleaning services, we are being financially punished for something we have no idea about. Absolutely horrible taste in my mouth, horrible customer service, and disgusting business practices.

I've had some personal health issues recently, and they were incredibly accommodating and empathetic throughout the process. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference, and I'm so grateful for their support. I'd also like to share a short story that really shows the kind of community Bozzuto helps foster. I was having a particularly hard day--arms full, struggling to get the door open and manage my dog, and just trying to hold myself together. I was crying when a young boy, maybe 11 or 12 years old, asked if he could help me. That simple gesture made me cry even more. He offered to carry things or even walk my dog to my apartment. I told him how much I appreciated him, but that I would get it done. He still walked up to the the elevator just to make sure I got in okay and so he could push the button for me. Whoever his parents are--what fantastic people you must be! Moments like that remind me how special this community truly is. Thank you, Luke, and the whole Bozzuto team, for everything you do and for creating a place filled with such compassion and kindness. Highly recommend!

Mena is the kindest Leasing Specialist I've had the experience of working with. Throughout the entire process she proved to be knowledgeable, detail oriented, and attentive. She did her very best to make sure this was a smooth transition for my family. Prior to my move in, I popped in on a day that Mena wasn't working and I had the pleasure of meeting Leslie. She jumped right in with no hesitation to provide excellent customer service. I was even invited to a Resident Event the day of my move in, I wasn't able to make it but I love that the Residents have a way to meet their neighbors. I have lived in a lot of places but I have never felt as seen, considered and appreciated as I did during my interaction with the team at Stoney Run Village. My Husband and I went in desiring a ground level apartment but was not granted that although there was two available when we first saw the apartments. We were allowed to hold an apartment 3 weeks in advance. Which is understandable, but when it was time to move in the only apartments they had available was second level. Because we didn't have no other place to go we took it. A couple of months in (December) we started receiving noise complaints for during the day noise from the lower occupant. We were then asked to keep our toddlers quick as much as possible during the day as well as night, even though the quiet hour didn't start until 9pm in the complex. We received a second notice in April, which was more of a stipulation where we had to make a choice to cut the noise, move out completely or move to a lower occupancy offered by the property manager Ty. However, based on our commute changing, theft within the apartment complex, and not much security around the apartment complex we decided to leave. We made a clean sweep of the apartment and got majority of the security deposit back outside of heavy traffic on the carpet. My only issue was there is carpet from 12-28 inches from the door entry to throughout the apartment. So that's where my deduction came from was heavy travel sports in the carpet. However, all is well it wasn't a bad situation they just weren't the place for us to stay long term. Helen is great, Ty is great and the staff Taya and Jose included communicated very well. Probably too well lol. Wishing you all the best.

During what could have been an incredibly stressful time, the leasing staff went above and beyond to assist me. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference. The leasing manager, in particular, demonstrated exceptional hospitality and urgency in addressing my concerns. She was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring that any issues I encountered were resolved quickly. It's reassuring to know that the management team is approachable and committed to supporting their residents. Since moving in, I have felt safe, welcomed, and valued as a resident. The apartment homes are spacious, well-designed, and the amenities complement the living experience beautifully. The community is clean, comfortable, and has provided me with peace of mind. Like many apartment communities, there have been occasional package delivery delays. However, what stands out is that the leasing office doesn't ignore the problem. They communicate openly with residents, actively assist with package concerns, and continue looking for ways to improve the process. What I appreciate most is that the staff treats residents as people--not just another lease or source of income. Having lived in other apartment communities where customer service was lacking, I can truly say this experience has been refreshing. The level of care and respect I've received has exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend this community to friends and family looking for a place to live. I'm grateful for the support I've received and look forward to continuing to call this community home.

The lobby is very nice, theres a package room and locker, a gym, a clubroom, 3 conference rooms, a game room (as in pool tables and stuff) and a motion studio. There are also 3 courtyards, a tot lot, one for seating and grilling, and a pool, along with more grills, plenty of seating, and even 4 swings! Though the lighting is pretty scuffed up, but I think they will fix that soon. The complex is housed in a community called Oxford Square, which is packed of amenities, like a cool barn-lounge building that i'm pretty sure you can rent out. There is also a daycare, an elementary school, and a middle school. There is a shopping center with the said daycare, coffee shop, and a hair salon. Bristol Court has a neighboring building that looks like a twin, called Dartmoor Place pointing directly at plenty of units, split by the Alden Way. I just want to warn people that this creates a fishbowl effect because peoples windows face directly at eachother. Also, the community is housed around industrial sites, which makes it horrid to actually try walking outside of it. There is also PLENTY OF NOISE!! The community is right below a BWI flight path, with train tracks right next to this building. When you are in the parking garage when that freight train passes, it sounds like the deepest depths of hell are opening below. Obviously, that is not the actual case. You might have known the trend of modern apartment complexes having a big alarm problem. Not only does this building has their alarms go off occasionally, but the neighboring building usually starts sounding like 10 minutes before this building starts going off, which is a pretty weird phenomena. -1 point for minor inconveniences. The complex is pretty weird. But that isn't the end of the world. It still has plenty of pros.

I lived here from spring of 2023 till the summer of 2024. This is going to be a long one…read more The reasons why it's not a 5-star review: - The lack of consequences for dog feces/urine in the pathways of residents (indoor/outdoor) - The residents don't pick up/clean after their dog's feces/urine (there are bags available and trash bins available throughout the complex) so it's common to step on dog poop while walking on the sidewalk. The smell of feces in the grass too is very unpleasant. - The lack of consequences for unleashed dogs - it's in the leasing agreement and a violation if not followed. While it was a pet friendly apartment - there wasn't much enforcement for any irresponsible dog owners who let their dog unleashed (besides in the dog park). - Fitness center - had only 1 working treadmill for quite some time and some weights were missing, finally by summer 2024, they updated the facility, and it looks great. - Depending on which person in the leasing office is sorting through the mail in the package room, your package may be easy to find or sometimes not. - Lack of consistent notification of when the leasing office is closed. On some holidays, the leasing office team does not give notice if their office is closed. Some holidays aren't observed for residents but at the very least there should be some notice. - Lack of security. For the entire duration of my residency, at least 10 cars have been broken into and or bricked (wheels stolen), even in the parking garage. The culprits targeted Toyota sedans (Corollas, Camry's) and the occasional Honda sedans. It sucks for those residents affected, not sure what was done to mitigate that issue. - A longtime resident I had made friends with even mentioned that the service/maintenance has gone downhill, so they were on their way out after living there for a few years. - Leasing office rarely answers their phone, you're better off emailing them or going in-person. - Residents are driving way too fast in the parking lots and especially the garage that has caused a near hit of residents, their kids, pets, and other cars. - There are only 2 elevators and only 1 can be used for moving-in/moving out and this is in the main building so you're SOL if you're in the other buildings (have to use stairs), or if the freight elevator is broken. There's no loading dock for moves and some locations for a particular apartment isn't convenient for movers = you may be charged more if you're moving in/moving out using moving companies. - The pricey rent did not equate to the overall maintenance of the complex, services, lack of security, and amenities that was offered. The reasons why it's a 3-star review: - Katie's attentiveness and kindness from when I first moved in to all the way till I moved out - she's the reason why this not a 2-star review. - The proximity of the apartment complex, it is so close to many stores, grocery, mall, etc. - The maintenance team. Anytime you need to get something fixed, the maintenance team is really quick. Don't read the apartments(.)com reviews. I was basing my decision to move into this apartment through that site and sorta regret it (moved from CA to MD).

The staff needs some training in customer service and hospitality. They are rude, and they act like they are being bothered. If you're paying rent close to $3000+ a month, they need to be a little more polite, and Bozzuto needs to pay them a decent salary To attract better employees. Apparently, leasing office staff don't appreciate having a paid job. Staff don't answer the phone, and they don't respond to phone calls. They don't return emails. Maybe, they need more staff. So, unprofessional. Staff needs training! It is a nice location. Rather than hardwood floors, they have carpet. Carpet is old and HVAC system is not cleaned properly. residents leave the trash bins out on non pickup days smelling up the place and creating a potential problem with rodents. There's an extra charge for trash pickup. It should be included in the high rent. Unit and layout are tiny, appliances are old. Rather than a walk in shower and tub, units have 2 bathtubs. Outdated. Photos on their onsite gallery have color, accent walls and curtain rods. Actually, Units wall are all beige. No crown moldings or chair rails. Very plain. No curtain rods. Limited shelving in closets. Wooden cabinets are worn and water damaged. The only lobby is the main bldg. Only one building has an elevator. The other buildings have four flights, no elevator. There's no real security, and the garage is very dark with limited lighting. Drivers speed throughout complex. This location is not managed like a typical Bozzuto property. corporate either doesn't know or doesn't care due to a housing shortage. I don't like key fobs because it's computer-controlled and others could potentially have access to your unit.
