This time I got a rub down, no hot towel, no facial massage which is standard in most places. I timed my massage this time, 38 min. total and she left 3 times to answer the front door. The massage was fine. I looked up reviews and expected to pay before hand and expected that they would want a tip. If you pay by a card they add $5 and they asked you to leave the tip prior to your massage. I told her I had cash for the tip and was told that I would be charged $5 if they had to add a tip at the end to my card. I was also told they accept HSA cards but they did not. At the end of the massage my total was $85 and I gave $10. I honestly wasn't sure of the appropriate amount but that is what I had in cash and thought it was fair. When I handed her my tip she immediately told me that was not enough, that she deserved at least $20. She handed me my credit card and said you can add the rest here. I said thank you for telling me, but I was prepared to pay another way and $10 is what I had this time. I came to check this place out on a whim. I have gone to these types of massage/foot massage places in Houston and Dallas frequently so I wanted to see how it compared. I don't know whether I should post the positive or the negative first. So here we go... I paid for a 60-minute massage and a 30-minute foot massage. Started with a 30-minute foot massage at 7:15 and they were finished at 7:35. (20 minutes). During my foot massage the lady was actually talking on her cell phone (speakerphone) for about 5 minutes. Another time she got a text and had another girl come in and read it to her. When she was actually DOING the foot massage it was good. but you should not be having a conversation while you're giving somebody a massage that's supposed to be relaxing. Then we move on to the 60 minute body massage which started at 7:45 and ended at 8:25 (35 minutes). The massage itself was pretty decent. However, obviously I was ripped off on my time both during the foot massage and the regular massage. I tried to communicate with her but she spoke zero English. Obbviously, the communication was lacking and they can't tell time. There was a click on the wall!! But, I guess they don't need to give you what you paid for since they INSIST you pay for the services AND the tip UP FRONT. Do not pay the tip upfront. Tell them you will pay cash tip at the end. If they say no then just put 0 tip on your receipt or just bring cash. Like I said, the massage part was actually decent but of course it's lacking customer service and communication. read more

The massage was great! We felt comfortable and the room was very clean. The atmosphere was nice. Keep in mind they do not speak English.

Decided to try this place after getting a haircut. Asked lady about special on the sign but she could not speak any english. Seriously none. So ended up doing combo foot and back that she pointed to. Asked me to pay first so I did. Didn't put a tip cause I dont know how it's going to go. We go behind a curtain for my foot massage and I'm seated next to another staff member who is watching Chinese videos on her phone... so relaxing foot massage was all knuckles. Apparently reflexology means wincing in uncomfort. Body massage was meh but overall very unprofessional. I think that's the whole theme here unprofessional and not good. So after we are done I go up front and she keeps saying Tibisa Tibisa. I gesture I have zero clue what she is trying to tell me so she pulls out her phone and types in a translator and shows me a message, says you have to tip. Started from the moment we walked in because there was a wind chime on the door that continued to chime as I was trying to shut the door. The lady didn't speak English and so it was a lot of finger pointing when we were trying to figure out what service we wanted. The chairs were not normal and it seemed like my towels had been used before and not washed. When the front door opened during the reflexology we heard the wind chimes again multiple times. They kept leaving the massage if the door opened and the owners phone rang and she went and answered it during my massage appointment.The reflexology wasn't good at all. I had a 30 min massage too and that was subpar as well. My wife said her guy doing the massage didn't know what he was doing. When we went to pay they expected a tip and we didn't give them one. I came in to try a Combo Package. I selected the 30 min foot relexology and 60 min massage. My therapist was Amy for this visit. I put my shoes and socks in a basket next to my chair and my feet were immersed in some warm water to soak while Amy performed a head and scalp massage. Very relaxed and we've barely started. Next is over 20 minutes of foot massage; that was awesome! Massage time now, so I grab my basket and move to one of the massage rooms and get a very relaxing 60 minute massage. Amy did a great job. Don't go here. So bad. Lady made me pay first before the massage and left the room over 5 times because she heard the front door open. She also answered her cell phone and talked on it twice while in my massage. I think they have cameras too because she pulled up something on your phone that showed all the rooms.
