I told the guy I had an appt at the time i got there and he put me in line behind the walk-ins. this would've been okay if there was like one or two people in front of me but no there were five!! I decided to stay for 30 minutes past my appt time to see if I'd be able to get in quick, but she wasn't even done with the first person, so I decided to leave. My friend, who was a walk in and was one spot in front of me, didn't get her tattoo until like 11pm at night which is crazy because it was a mini tattoo deal. My appointment was rescheduled over and over, and then canceled the day before after I had already rearranged my schedule around it. This became a pattern of poor communication and last-minute changes. Meanwhile, I was never sent my tattoo design or kept updated throughout the process. Clients shouldn't have to beg for basic communication or wonder if their appointment is actually happening. There may be talented artists out there, but professionalism and reliability matter just as much. Unfortunately, this experience had neither. After wasting weeks trying to make it work, I requested my deposit back and took my business elsewhere.

I want to specifically recognize Jesse James, who did her piercing. He was excellent, very kind and professional with us, and he did a great job. We were very happy with his work and how he treated us. Unfortunately, our experience with the person at the front desk was very different. When we arrived, a man who appeared to be from outside the business and was drinking a beer followed us from the parking lot and came inside right behind us. He said he was there to ask for a job, but I was very uncomfortable that someone could follow customers into the business without anyone addressing the situation. Then, when I asked the person at the front desk a simple question about how to fill out the paperwork because I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly, he yelled at me in front of everyone and told me that I hadn't been paying attention. I felt that was completely unnecessary and disrespectful.
