My wedding was absolutely beautiful at Serenity Rose! It's a true oasis tucked away in the woods of Conroe. The grounds are well kept and manager/owner Boris was around the day of, responding quickly to any of our needs. We had a smaller wedding of about 50 and it was quaint and perfect, and I know they are working to accommodate larger parties so don't look past this space! Rented the guest house for my family over 2 nights for 4th of July. It has a home where you can have an event, that we did not use but I imagine it would be beautiful. It's at the end of a road with ample parking. The guest house was comfortable for 20 adults and 6 kids(the kids slept in sleeping bags). It was very clean and everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. This is perfect for a large group. It has a big open field for activities. We enjoyed the pool and did some fishing in the pond, we actually caught a few. It was very relaxing. I would definitely rent it again! The host were very easy to communicate with. Serenity Rose house was the perfect place for our large group of high school seniors. It would be great for any group looking for a rural retreat for a party, event, family reunion or celebration, or a yoga, church or spiritual retreat. It's clean, the beds are comfy, the linens are nice, and there are lots of rooms and places to sleep. There were plenty of clean bathrooms and towels for our group of 25. It is comfortably decorated but not too upscale. The house has a nice patio with lots of seating, overlooking a field. The property is large also, with an event center, pool, basketball court, and pond. It's very quiet and private but also safe. The hosts responded immediate to any questions but were not intrusive and check in was a breeze. It is also easy to find. read more

Stayed with a group of 12 (including kiddos) this past weekend in the Wildflower cabin. We had a grand time exploring the property, swimming in the pool, and spending some much needed time with friends we haven't seen in a while! We grilled, checked out a local restaurant, and just enjoyed ourselves. Perfect little escape, but you're still close(ish) to the city! And GREAT customer service. Easy check in/out. read more

I was the maid of honor for my cousins wedding and this place was perfect!! My cousin had 40 guests and we were able to come in early to set up, bring decor, food and our own alcohol. We added the overnight guest house which made the after party so fun and we had brunch the next morning before everyone returned to normal life. Just decided to have a get away with some friends and we chose this awesome place. From the huge rooms with a killer AC unit we were able to feel comfortable after a long day outside. The pool is big and very clean I was glad that they had nice lights during the night in the pool area. The pond on the property gave us a little adventure as we walked around the property and explored through the woods. Very peaceful and very highly recommended for any who wants to come. We hosted a 30th birthday party with about 70 friends and it was amazing!!! We were able to bring in our own food, drinks and decorations and it was the BEST place! The space is beautiful with nature but also has great style and we were able to enhance the space without doing too much. We used the outdoor area for games and hanging. We also stayed in the overnight guest house for 20 of us the night before and night of-it made it feel like we had a vacation but we were only 40 minutes from Houston. What an awesome weekend! The staff were chill and booking was easy. I highly recommend Serenity Rose if you need an event venue or event space that is affordable and fun! read more

We just had our family reunion at Serenity Rose Farmhouse. Our family consisted of 109 of us renting out the entire property. What a fun way to have an entire location to house our very LOUD family that loves to stay up playing card games and singing on the microphones all night long! We were able to bring in all food catering and even used the onsite catering which was flavorful and plentiful. The rooms we stayed in varies between the amenities offered, but that was because we just had that large of a group. Where my family and I stayed we had our own bathroom , which was helpful as I am 30 weeks pregnant so leaving the building in the middle of the night was not ideal for me. Hot water was always available and the a/c was fantastic. My only idea for an area for improvement was full kitchen/washer dryer availability in our house especially with all the pool time we had with the kiddos. Would have been nice to be able to wash/dry clothes when accidents occurred :) but as soon as we found one available in the other fully remodeled home, it was time to leave! Also a tv would have been appreciated for those zoning out moments when all the kids were napping and I had no where to go ;). We will recommend this place read more

We searched everywhere for a quiet, private location that could accommodate our family of 25 with ages ranging from 3-80. SERENITY ROSE was perfect! We had more than enough beds. 4 1/2 bathrooms, extra tables for meals and games left no one in need. We cooked 3 complete meals for the group. The refrigerator/freezer was very nice. We did bring a few of our favorite cooking dishes and utensils but the home was fully stocked with everything you need. The stove/oven worked great. Our family was able to have their coffee of choice between the drip or Keurig. A toaster and microwave was used too. The kids and some adults enjoyed the pool. We were able to do laundry with a large washer and dryer with the provided detergent. 5 of the 7 bedrooms had 2 beds with a king in each. Two bedrooms were private with one bed. Everyone slept comfortably on the beds as well. I believe all were newer than what the online photos show. The home has 2 air conditioners that kept the house cool even in the summer heat. Ample parking in front and a porch in back. Some tried their luck fishing in the pond. The deer came near around dusk. The sunset was beautiful. Melissa answers all messages quickly and made the entire process, from booking to check out, easy. I highly recommend staying at Serenity Rose for your next country get together. We called it "The Happy House." The vibe was joyous and peaceful. We hope to plan a repeat visit!!! read more
