I was not sure what to expect, booking with a Groupon, but my experience was great! Sheilah called me back that day and booked me for an appointment within a week. I liked that she sent text messages to confirm and remind me about my appointment. Sheilah was even more wonderful in person. Her massage practice is located upstairs in a beautiful home. The room itself was peaceful, and comfortable, and had lots of natural night. Birds chirped outside the window. At the beginning of the appointment, Sheilah took some time to get to know me, and learn what I wanted to get out of the massage. Her approach was different than any massage I've experienced. When she started the massage, she offered some spoken words, like a yoga instructor, guiding me to a more relaxed place. I found myself following along, and breathing more slowly. As she continued, I started to let go and relax. The massage was like a restorative mediation. When I left, I felt better in my body than I had felt in months! The intense muscle tightness and aches in my neck and shoulders were gone, and a day later, I still feel the benefits. What an extraordinary massage experience-thank you Sheilah!

She would do one technique on one arm and do something totally different on the other arm. For 5-10 min I was left alone in the room with my bare ass in the open while she tended to new customers coming in..the walls are paper thin & you can hear everything that's going on outside of your room.
