I love the atmosphere and the loving energy that Paul has with all his students. This boutique zen space is so cozy and relaxing, putting you in an immediate comfort mode. Lynette is so talented with all her bowls, instruments, and tools she used to put us in a a serene space. The lavender eye masks and reclining comfortable pillow mats we laid on were a huge bonus. Lynette is also extremely transparent with her prices and affordable and made it so easy to coordinate and plan. There were mats available as well and I believe they were without charge, but I'm not sure. Gender neutral restroom was super clean and had flowers in it! Slow moving and restorative yoga class made my heart relax and my breath slow down. This is not a sweaty energetic, hot yoga, but instead a tranquil and relaxing experience to put you back in connection with your heart. My class with Christina left me feeling lighter in spirit.
