I've been twice so far for private group sessions and they were both great experiences! I will say, you have to be in the right frame of mind for it to get the most out of it. I was late my second time and was a little in my head about having less time, so I didn't have as deep an experience as I would've liked. The woman who owns & runs it has a lovely, calming spirit and is very accommodating. My friend & I are already booked for another session next month! My only gripe is the parking, so take finding parking or having to walk a little into account when planning. read more

At the recommendation of a friend I went to try my first sound bath. I was not sure what to expect from the experience but it ended up feeling like a cozy meditation. My friend had advised me to wear comfy clothes and I think anyone going should definitely wear sweat pants or something soft. There are around eight people per 45 minute session and you each get to lay down on pillowy cushions with a blanket. You are given a lavender scented eye sheet then a dark weighted eye mask to start the session. The various gongs and instruments are played and you are left to sink into your thoughts without any distractions. One person in the class fell asleep, so if you are in need of a break and a nap that would also be a good use of the session. The time moves much faster than you expect for the session. If it's your first time you only pay half price which is nice and they offer morning, afternoon and evening options. read more

Lynette always makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She offers clean blankets and pillows before starting the use of percussion and sound bowls. The ambience is beautiful and we actually feel relaxed afterwards. It's a wonderful experience that I believe is healing my body, certainly calms my mind.
