( and my primary care also told me not to take these medications)I called the office and asked to deduct the money that was already spent on couple of appointments and refund the rest as i don't want to take these medications. But they said its too late now to refund ( we are sooo used to return things if we don't like ) and it was very strange. They told to try their natural cleansing tablets as they are also very good, i got those for $250 and would never ever recommend any one to take those tablets. WORST tasting tablets ever and on top of that they didn't do anything. Apart from giving medications they keep pushing to take their own food, snacks etc. It felt like a money making business. If someone is really overweight then they should go for the medications if their doctor approve but some one like me with no health conditions and only need to lose 15 pounds should stay away from these medications as these have very bad side effects too Office staff were good and polite though.

I decided to walk the 1 1/2 miles from my house to the office I was super thirsty,I was happy to see the standard 5 gallon water dispenser,but there were no cups.I turned to ask the lady at the desk,then I realized that there was no Water either.Fat people STAY thirsty,don't they know this? I was then weighed and had my blood pressure in a side room RIGHT next to the reception desk with NO wall! I was asked about my contraception use,luckily she asked quietly and there were no other patients waiting. I was then taken to get my EKG..oh my,my last EKG had 3 of those patch things on my boobs,today I had 10 stuck everywhere indecent.2 on each boob,1 on each arm..the others were on various areas of my stomach..2 were too close to my crotch region..it was OK,I just want you to know what to expect and wear your "date night" underwear! I then saw the P.A. Cara,this lovely lady deserves 5 whole stars,she was very caring in her tone and approach,She went over diet and exercise talk..the normal eat less,exercise more stuff.My EKG came back "funny" so I did not receive my fat pills,but that's a GOOD thing..there are many places that won't care and will get their money and send you off to die,they actually care about your heart "or a future lawsuit Lol." I did get my B-12 shot and I can come back at another time to check my stats,before I get my pills. I appreciate that my health is important to that office,not just dollars.On the way out I heard the medical assistant asking another patient about her "sex life" and contraception. They really need a door in that area. I work in health care,I never tell other health care workers because they will treat me differently,the other employees did not have that warm bedside manner that is expected.They were nice enough,but in that "I have to work" way and you are Supposed to practice infection control and wash your hands before and after patient contact..did not always happen. I originally scheduled my appointment in June for a November video new patient appointment. I rescheduled this appointment via my chart when i saw there was an opening early October. Monday night I get strep and a fever, was put on antibiotics and fever free for 2 days before my Wednesday morning appointment. The only notification I received from endeavor was 15 minutes before my appointment that day. It said "Are you here yet"? Panic overcomes me and I frantically call the office as it is 8:05am and my appointment is at 8:20am. I know I can't make it but I contacted the office as soon as I realized my appointment that was originally video was rescheduled to in person. I talk to Ashley at the Naperville office font desk. Informed her that I mistakenly thought this appointment was video instead of in person and only received a reminder for it 15 minutes before. I explained I had been sick earlier this week and did not notice. Ashley says she will tell Kristine Warnes my situation and ask if she will do a video visit. Ashley comes back with "Since you've been sick since Monday you should have called to reschedule or request video sooner" and that "Kristine Warnes said no". Me being sick was not the issue I described to Ashley. I was able to come in person as I have been fever free and on antibiotics for days. My issue was this appointment was made months ago and rescheduled and I believed it to be a video visit by an honest mistake. I only mentioned being sick to convey that I was not on top of my game and made a mistake. From the response I received from Ashley, it appeared to me what she told Kristine Warnes was incorrect meaning I was not hear or listened to by the staff member that's supposed to advocate for patients to providers. And if that isn't the case then Kristine Warnes doesn't give a care in the world if you've waited 6 months, made a mistake and never received any reminders besides the 15 minutes before the appointment. Supervisor Catherine was able to somewhat help the situation but did not acknowledge any wrong doing, typical health care. I would love to speak to Martha the Center Manager as this was an awful way to be treated and spoken to after months of anticipation and excitement to PAY MONEY to seek a healthier life. My best guess is that I will not hear from Martha the Manager.
