I was left sitting like this for 15 minutes. When injecting ozone into the IV bag, again - no gloves, nothing wiped or sterilized. A drop of my blood fell out onto the plush carpet floor. No concern given to that. Plush carpet in a medical setting?? The entire experience freaked me out. I was a nervous wreck. Arm hurt for 4 days.
